Loyal customer at this location since it first open. My family as well as my neighbors eat here ALOT! I am a 20+ years US MARINE CORPs disabled Veteran. Until today, we have enjoyed our experience at your location in El Centro. Today I was told that the Military Discount has been discontinued. I was like “YOU ARE Kidding me? U offered us Service members a small discount, only to all of a sudden take it AWAY! It’s not the couple dollars that matters, it’s the principle of the matter that matters. What a slap in the face. DISRESPECTFUL at the same time. You lost many customers today., and with my neighbors and family and friends being educators and government officials within Imperial Valley, they too couldn’t believe it when I told them about it.
Pamela, the host whom I paid for my order with, was very very nice about telling me, and she looked as though she was very sad to inform me the MILITARY Discount. Was no more. I thanked her, and told her that i know it’s not her fault, and I appreciate her.
I know that it’s a business, However, to make a change of this caliber, against the very fiber that paved the way to your business freedom is very much, disrespectful, and sad at the same time.

Before tonight I ordered Wingstop frequently. Never had any issues. Today my order came and I was missing half. I understand things happen so I called to see if they could provide the rest of my food, was told that I needed to come pick up the rest. I asked why was that my responsibility if I paid for delivery already. I was then transferred to another person who said the order would be re sent in 20 minutes. 1 hour went by before I again called, the manager who kept referring to me as girl in a condescending tone told me they do not redeliver. They refused to give me an alternate number or let me speak to anyone else.

I absolutely love this!

Update: second visit. Placed order 1 hour ahead. Wasn’t ready when I arrived. AND I arrived 15 minutes after scheduled pick up. Still crowded. When it was ready I still had to get my cup and serve myself a drink. This was suppose to be carry out. Pick up and go. Too crowded to squeeze in for a drink. No thank you. Too many people in the kitchen, they’re all standing or blocking each other bumping elbows.
Too expensive for this kind of service.

I placed an order at 12:57 pm for carryout at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:32 pm, and my order was not ready. I waited, no big deal right?!. Four customers were given their food, and I asked them, A what time did you placed your order? all of the answers were no more than 45 minutes ago. I placed my order at 1:00 pm, and still was not ready. Horrible way to manage the online orders.

Don’t like wingstop at all the first time. Fries were cold, tasted like they were old. And soggy. Gave them the benefit of a doubt.
And ordered a second time, fries were the same tasted old and soggy. Sodas were flat second time. I would not eat here ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Food was fine. They have horrible service though with no leadership. Two people on the phone and you could hear the customer talking about order mess-ups. No one to help at the registers. I was waiting in line and finally someone came up and helped two people that were not waiting in line. When I mentioned to the worker he wanted to repeat my order instead and not listen.

Went there at about 8pm. Tried to order but was told it will take over 40 minutes to cook and serve a 6 piece combo. I can see why it will take 40 minutes….employees were moving super slow. Even the cashier didn’t come up to the point of sale for over 5 minutes to take people’s orders. Atleast two other customer walked out hearing it will take that long.

Food was horrible , service was horrible , waiting room is small. Waited 30 minutes for my food after being told it would be 15 minutes, then on top of that the food was cold and made completely wrong , second time coming here and it was completely trash. Glad i dont live here cause i definitely wouldnt ever come back , a waste of almost 30$.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and every single experience has been progressively worse than the previous one. Tonight I went to pick up my order that came with a drink, and server behind the counter (a pregnant girl with gaps in her teeth), wearing no name tag, handed me the cup with her hand instead the cup. I requested a new cup and she proceeded to say “I place my hand inside all the cups” as she handed me another cup with her hand inside. Worst customer service.
