From start to finish this Arby’s was a treat around the corner from delight. I was able to use my birthday application rewards gift and enjoy a wonderful Greek gyro with extra sauce on the side. My curly fries were crispy and golden orange. And my mocha shake was supreme with an added Cherry turnover to top it off. I’m very thankful to see this Arby’s in Walker, MI on Lake Michigan Dr. Had a respectful staff and a wonderful selection of self-serve Coca-Cola Brand Beverages. In Michigan it’s rare sometimes to find Coca-Cola zero on the fountain beverage menu, but this Arby’s had it; so enjoyable with my meal.

My daughter and I went and ordered two chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches had to pull up to wait. No big deal but when we got home and started eating about two bites in she says Mom my chicken isn’t cooked all the way I look at mine yup same. I called the restaurant disgusted that my daughter and I just ate raw chicken. The girl I spoke to said a manager would call me back still nothing.

Best Arby’s experience in a long time. We visited on 2/4/23 at about 8:20 pm and Kate waited on us. She was very pleasant and helpful. Food was fresh and good. Restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent.

The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby’s branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I’ve had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.

I stopped for lunch today at 11:20am. The lobby doors were locked. There’s clearly a giant poster on one of their windows stating that the lobby is open. I called the location, the phone rang and rang and rang. One of the employees looked at me from behind the counter and just shook her head. I left and went somewhere else and ate lunch where they wanted my business.

Ordered #6 burger. Flavorless, grey peice of meat. The texture was strange and stuck together like some kinda glue filler. Dressed up like a burger. The burger was sloppy and impossible to try and eat anyways. Worst burger ever. Don’t waste your money. I threw it out.

After a long cross-state drive, and a full day around GR, this is one of few chain restaurants I can say hits the spot. The curly fries are always fresh, the condiments and drinks are always full, and the floor and tables are always clean. I do wish the exterior lights came on sooner than 20 minutes AFTER dark, but that’s my only complaint.
Oh, and do be careful when exiting the building on the west side, as drive-through traffic often cannot see you.

They mess up my order literally every time I come here. I complained to the store manager and they said I could get a free meal the next time I came. So the next time I show up I tell them what the store manager told me and they said no, they aren’t going to honor that. This location is not organized or managed well at all.

Food was great! Everything was hot and crispy! Iced Tea was fresh and tasty! I only went thru the drive thru so I can’t speak as to the inside. Drive thru worker was quick and friendly!
