What a great diner. We stopped in after doing some work in the area and had a delicious burger with some kind of a jam on it! My wife got some delicious cheese covered fries that had fried chicken over the top. My whole party loved everything we got. Apparently all the spices and sauces are made in house by the chef. After the meal she even came out to check in on us. Love the food and hospitality!

I brought my staff to Nellie’s Kitchen for lunch, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone ordered something different, and every single person said their meal was amazing. The atmosphere truly feels like a hidden gem in the area—warm, welcoming, and relaxed. On top of that, the customer service was great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been to the restaurant four times. I have tried multiple things. I have a household of four so we have all tried something different every single time. It has been low quality food there salmon cheese steaks are OK anything other than that is a no the burgers no the wings no, all the soul food items no. Every time I come in the staff is so nice. I want the food to taste exactly how nice the staff is, but nope.

I stopped here on my first time to sell New Jersey, and I loved it. The food really seemed like it took a lot of effort to make and there were so many unique choices for sauces and spices. I would totally come back again, very easily. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and there were chessboard to every seat, so entertainment was great and the music they played was exceptional.

I’m always hesitant when trying new places but this was definitely worth it. My favorite was the chicken & fries but my friend got the Salmon nuggets. Said they were REALLY GOOD. FINALLY a fresh spot close by. Will definitely be a new ‘go-to’ said 20 min but was ready in 15.

Incredible soul food and one of my favorite food places in South Jersey so far. The soul bowls were amazing and I highly recommend ordering one. Cameron is an awesome guy who made sure our food and sauces were good enough, and we had a great conversation with him. Definitely go to this place for sure!

I’ve been driving by this place for over 1 month and finally decided to order takeout Saturday night for my family. Let’s just say they did not disappoint! When you walk in the mood is instantly set by the R&B they have playing and the smell captivates you! I had the grilled shrimp, baked Mac and Cheese, Collards, Sweet Potatoes (MY FAV) and Fried chicken wings. The wings were seasoned to perfection but I prefer smaller wings. Just my preference but they were still delicious! The boys had cheeseburgers and fries. The menu is HUGE! I can’t wait to go back this weekend and this time we will eat in to enjoy the vibe!

Stopped in yesterday and the food smelled great! The staff was pleasant and had good vibes. I had the jumbo chicken tenders and they were amazing. The corn was great as well. Keep up the good job Nellie’s I will be back!
