We pulled through the drive thru, and ordered just 1 single Ranch chicken wrap with a side of ranch. The employee taking our order asked us to repeat our order 3 times. We get to the window and the employee appears to be completely out of it, and unable to speak clearly. She asks us to pull into a parking space. We see that there are 2 other cars waiting on their food, she comes by our door with the wrong order twice and asks us what we ordered, we stated our order each time (ranch wrap). We finally get our order, it does not have a side of ranch with it and the chicken wrap is Honey Mustard… not ranch. We go inside to fix the order and the lady gives us the correct ranch wrap, but gives us 2 of them… we ask for a side of ranch AGAIN… she says “yeah I put one in there”. We get to our car… no ranch in the bag. At least we got 3 wraps out of it I suppose. I go to eat my ranch wrap, and after 4 bites I realize there is a hair on my wrap. Yikes

I was in town to visit family and wanted to re live an old childhood favorite I shared with my dad. The service was Gr8 and the biscuit I ordered along with the rest of my order was just like ole times!!! Thx and hats off to the manager, she was very pleasant and hands on this particular morning. It was greatly appreciated!!!

As usual, hit or miss… The window employee around 10:00 am does not know what *light ice” means for a drink. I requested my condiments three times before I got them all. And the monster sausage biscuit combo was not fresh,quite obviously a leftover rewarmed. DO BETTER; for over $10 you it should have been better.

There was only 2 cars before me when I ordered my chicken. Both cars were served and left. I waited 35 minutes for my chicken.
One car pulled up behind me. They gave the people’s food behind me their food and left . I still waited. I asked the girl, how much longer? She said, 10 minutes. I said, what?! doesn’t it only take 20 minutes? She said, yes. I said, then Why is it taking so long? Blank look on her face. This was ridiculous! And still there was no other customers in line or inside. All I got with my food was a apology.

I stopped in to get something to eat around 2030pm. I walked in and there was one working sitting at a table on her phone. She got up to take my order. As I was standing at the counter after it ordered my food. I then noticed another come in from outside. I then started smelling Marijuana after he came in from the outside. I need notice I had 2 sandwiches and I ordered a Big hot ham &cheese combo. This was the smallest hot ham & cheese sandwich I have ever had. The person who fixed my sandwich took two small hot ham & cheese and made one small one. I am very disappointed with the service I received and will not be back to this store. This is not acceptable.

20 minute wait. Only car at the drive thru. Small child behind the counter standing at the drive thru window. Asked 3 times what we ordered. Then we asked why we were waiting so long. I was told they are making the food. Food was cold and the order was wrong. I love how the owner has only commented on the one positive comment on here and none of the bad reviews received a response. I intend on contacting corporate and I’m sure they do not want to hear about this franchise.

I come here just about everyday and the new manager Nyesha yall have working there keep her i came in this morning and it was employees there but from the looks of it she was the only one trying to make sure everyone was taken care of she was in drive thru taking orders back there making the food she even came up front and took our orders she was the only one making an effort and she was the only one moving fast and someone like that definitely deserves her flowers

I came in today with my husband at around 3-3:30, I told the cashier that my husband had a coupon in the car for a #1 large combo but she already new the promo code, and I was shocked! Saved us time from going back to the car it was also raining ! Everytime we come in she is always smiling and always makes sure our food is right and fresh! I only get food from there if a guy named Tim is making our food because it’s never wrong and if that sweet pregnant girl is working, they never fail to make my day, just the environment is always wonderful !

Slow service didn’t get order right thought we only got a sausage biscuit we had ordered a breakfast bag which consist of a sausage biscuit egg and cheese or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns and an apple pie and something to drink they failed on giving us that didn’t turn around. They give us their sausage biscuit but then they gave us to rest of our order and they’ve got it wrong. They did not put the egg and cheese on it. One of them and they didn’t put the egg on the other.

I wish i could leave less than 1 star. Pulled up Sunday Oct 23 at 7:30 pm. Orderd a number 4 and a 3 piece tender and 2 milkshakes. All that woman on the radio knew how to say was, “is that all”. After repeating it for the 4th time even tho I did want more food I decided to let that actually be all. Then with no total told me to pull forward. Told me the total at the window. Then after waiting a few minutes asks me to pull forward. After I watched 20 minutes of a episode of good doctor while I waited. They brought be my food then asked me what other drinks did I have. Walked back out and said, “we only have large cups so”, and left. My orders was the wrong size, I would have gotten large of everything but I was never asked that. I had no sauce for my tenders, but I was also never asked which one I wanted. And my milkshakes look half full in the cup when I finally got them. The food was all cold and the burger was a smashed looking thing that didn’t even come with everything it should have. And, of course, they wouldn’t care about how I’m supposed to carry 2 large drinks and 2 milkshakes while I’m driving because i do not have 4 cup holders in my car. Bottom line is I wasted almost 30 dollars on food and got almost nothing I wanted. I will definitely not be returning. Oh and to the owner that response with the same generic copy and past message, I will not waste more of my time going out of my way to tell you how your store is trash. I hope someone else gets it and makes it better, or it just closes. I’ll continue to tell anyone I know as well to not waste there money at your “business”. Have a nice night. Something else your employees couldn’t bother to tell me.
