I arrived at this kfc at 810, I waited about 5 mins with no one in front of me to place my order. When I placed my order I ordered a 12 piece extra crispy family meal with 2 Mac n cheeses and a mashed potatoes. First there wasn’t extra crispy. No big deal. I get up to the window, they say I have to wait for 10 mins for my Mac and cheese to be made. During that 10 mins, 15 mins actually, 2 other cars went through. So not overly busy. Then I finally get my order and it was an 8 piece. The 12 piece is literally $10 more. I’m not happy to say the least.

The place is dirty, the food is never truly good, the people were very shady. This was my food last night, disgusting. Manager was to busy to talk, stated that their chicken is good/ they saw no problem with it, even though my food was already dug into.

Every time u go here it’s a blood pressure ptsd hostile warzone. The owner does not care, I can’t believe yum brands does not care, we worked back in the day for yum brands and this is not the CHAMPS or any fast food standard. They are atrocious, the employees are horrible, they are always on the phone. They don’t care, just sell this location, if my wife was not a loyal kfc lover I would never ever ever go here even if it was free for life, value people time u disgusting management

This is the third time I’ve gone here for drive through and they don’t have chicken tenders without a 10-15 minute wait. The parking lot is always empty. The drive through workers are not particularly friendly. What is going on here?

The drive-thru window doesn’t work, I had to make my order right at the window. I ordered 2 famous bowls meals, and when I got home, I just couldn’t believe my eyes!!!!! No cookie (which I don’t mind if they are not giving it no more), I open my famous bowl and it was just a spoon of smashed potatoes soaked in gravy, 6 pieces of original in one and 5 in the other (not crispy chicken bites, they didn’t asked me options for chicken and never had it like that either), cheese and not even CORN!!!! Both bowls were like that. For a $11 meal, you expect a Famous Bowl with everything that goes with it!!!!!!! I called there many times with no answer whatsoever, and I drove 15-20 mins to get there after an exhausting day!!!! I hope someone sees my review and at least replaces it with an actual meal!!!! There’s always issues with this KFC location!!!!

Went through the drive thru and they directed us to pull into a parking spot to wait on our order. We have been waiting for 25 minutes and still haven’t received our order. I don’t recommend wasting your time at this location.

How is this place still in business? Stopped eating here for a long time. Just doordashed an order, potato bowl- burnt chicken nugs, pasty potatoes, next to no gravy
5 PC tender meal- they didn’t even bother to make this one- so now my husband has no food.
2 sides of gravy for those tenders we didn’t get- there was literally maybe 2 tablespoons of gravy in each container. What a waste. Here I am thinking wow at least they got the 4 biscuits right, until I bit into a undercooked doughy hard in the outside blob. What a mess. KFC should close this place before they ruin their name any further.

I ordered online 20mins before I showed and they still did not have my food ready. They said it would be a 3 min wait and they would bring out my food. 15 mins later I had to walk up to them to get it and that is after people behind got their food.

Chicken tenders were great.
BBQ sauce is a tad overpowering so I didn’t have to use much.
My only gripe is that it was $8.47 with tax for 3 tenders (just the tenders, not a combo meal) which seems a bit pricey. But they very good.
In the future I’d probably get their chicken sandwich which is also really good.
You may drive by here and wonder if it’s open because from the outside the place looks dark and kind of run-down.
