I frequently visit this wawa on my lunch and i get the same sandwich everyday and I usually enjoy it.
Today however the sandwich was off and the service was too. The “woman” that made my sandwich put too much meat and I requested for the whole sandwich to be toasted and everything on it was cold. Long story short my sandwich was rushed and the person that cooked it seemed moody, didn’t even call out the number of my older just pushed the sandwich out which is unlike any other service Ive experienced at this wawa before. But I just hope she doesn’t pick up that shift at that time anymore because goodness gracious couldn’t even taste the mayo on the left half of my sandwich. P.S she was a short brunette.

Had me stand there for literally 20 minutes waiting for my food that I paid for to tell me they don’t have the ingredients to make my food… So yea I get you’re busy but literally wasted my time. Maybe if your employees are to busy you should hire more and stop cheeping out being short staffed. I’m sure Wawa makes enough money to put another body or 2 on shift but what do I know. This location is definitely managed by someone who has no clue what they’re doing. Wouldn’t have to drop a 1 star review if I was compensated for my time wasted. My time is money just like everyone else

I ordered at the store a lot through my app the delivery comes from DoorDash, but DoorDash does not fill the order. Wawa does. It was clearly on the receipt that I was to receive a half gallon diet iced tea turkey Hill I did not receive it. I called Wawa service number to let them know that I didn’t get it. They told me I’d have my money back on my card in four hours here it is 12 hours later and it is still not on there Wawa needs to make sure the orders are correct and then are in the bags before DoorDash even takes them from their store. The DoorDash delivery girl was willing to make it right but why should she? She had other deliveries to make besides going back to the Wawa get the tea that wasn’t in the bag it should’ve been there to begin with. You need to find some other way to deliver your orders because your employees really don’t know double check to make sure it’s right

This place is a joke anymore. Went in for breakfast and coffee… French toast hard as a rock can’t even eat it . Coffee completely messed up. Toast soggy & missing all the add ons but had no problems charging me extra for everything they missed. The only pleasant thing was the guy stocking the shelves and the young lady and older man at the register.

This wawa is close to my house so I go here more often than the others. The gas pumps make it a weekly stop to fill up as there is somewhat of a gas station desert in this part of levittown. The sandwiches and other offerings are the same as other wawa locations. This location gets crowded but has friendly staff and self checkout which is nice.

Went there to buy 4 diet ice teas. Brought them to the counter barely held in my hands because of nerve damage I have. Abagail has the nerve to ask if I need bags for my four ice teas. Like seriously use common sense man. On top of that she had a look of disgust when looking at my colorful self like if she was having a bad day. If your having a bad day try your therapist not me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wawa location. I was falsely accused of harassment, which is completely untrue and extremely upsetting. I have always treated staff and customers with respect. It’s very unfair to be treated this way, and I hope Wawa takes situations like this seriously and looks into what actually happened before making such accusations.
