If You are seeking authentic Portuguese food, You’ve found an excellent treasure. The manager knows his food, loves his restaurant and gives the wonderful impression that there’s no place he’d rather be than talking to You.
The menu is amazing. We started with the baby sardines, and loved them. Grilled to perfection. Even the rolls are wonderful. Careful not to fill up.
i ordered a traditional steak, rare. Order executed flawlessly.
My girl ordered the salmon, perfect.
We sat outside. The breeze was pleasant and relaxing, deserved to be enjoyed by more people.
We wanted great food in a relaxed setting after a long week, and received it.
They ran out of Coors Light, which is like a Chinese restaurant running out of rice, but given the size of the restaurant, a bit understandable. It is relatively small and tha limited space is maximized. A tiny price to pay.
Great location for date night. Highly recommended. i suspect it’s food and service is reliably excellent. Doubtful You’ll be disappointed.
Prices are reasonable. Service is friendly. Outdoor seating reasonably comfortable. Entertainment is cool.
We drove 2.5 hours to eat here to find out that they now serve Mexican food at lunch! We’ve had several good meals over the last 1.5 years. Guess they serve Portuguese food at night. We ate somewhere else. So very disappointed! The five stars is for past visits.

Delicious second time! Took friends with us this trip and lunch was amazing! Friends said food reminded them of home in RI. Extremely nice service which is not rushed. Can’t wait to return. Wonderful experience.

Great lunch here Christmas Eve. Wonderful service, and we were able to sit on their outdoor patio with our small dog. Very nice interior too. Look forward to returning and sitting inside.
Felt like I was back in Lisbon!
Can’t wait to come back !
After COVID, things changed. The rolls disappeared, portions got smaller, furniture was replaced. The place lost its charm and turned into an ordinary cafeteria. At that point, we decided it would be our last visit.
Recently, we found out the restaurant had moved to a new location and decided to give it another chance — it was my husband’s birthday. We made a reservation and noted the special occasion — because it’s always nice when a restaurant team acknowledges it, sings Happy Birthday, and offers a complimentary dessert, as many good places do.
It all started off fine. We ordered an appetizer, and the waitress suggested a “special” fish dish for the main course. We agreed, not asking the price — we trusted them, as we always had. But when the bill came, we were shocked. The “special” was a thin, bony fish, soaked in some dark greasy sauce — and it cost $45! That dish was absolutely not worth the price. If you’re offering a special, please state the price upfront. Had we known, we never would have ordered it — it’s way outside of our family budget. And to make things worse, the bill had an error — we were overcharged by a few dollars. A small thing, but deeply unpleasant.
The desserts were another disappointment. We ordered a traditional Portuguese dessert, shown as a plate of four in the photo — but the actual portion was only two pieces. And for the high price, it didn’t even taste authentic. It felt like something bought at Costco and reheated.
But the most upsetting part — no one acknowledged my husband’s birthday. Not even a word. We mentioned it in the reservation, expecting at least a simple “happy birthday.” Nothing.
A truly disappointing experience. Sad, frustrating, and nothing like what we used to love. We won’t be coming back. This left a very bitter aftertaste.
