He was the cook and the waitress and I asked him to wash the steak off because too much sauce in season was on it and he asked me what, So I went to the man’s bathroom and washed my steak off and I told him I never been to a waffle house like that , and it’ll be a long time before I go back to this one, I hate to make comments like this , but I had to reply to this incident

the server was trying to force a tip out of us, a tip that wasn’t even deserved for the mid ass service we got, they forgot our drinks, two of our friends never got their food we obviously reminded the server, she said they had NEVER ordered which they clearly did,, everyone was listening, both the cook and server looked physically annoyed for their own faults, the cook stormed off cuz he couldn’t handle his papas freezeria ahh job. Overall nasty attitude, server started complaining cuz she didn’t get a higher tip, saying if we aren’t gonna tip we shouldn’t be eating out “all up on the servers face” MAYBE do your job right?? Ive been to the Waffle House in Ellenwood and they got excellent service there, not complaining ahh servers, we thought we’d give a try to THIS location. To the server with the pink keychain, I tipped you $30 at the end cuz I feel pity for you, soooo sad for you, not my fault you make 3 bukaroos an hr like you mentioned btw,, that service was not worth $30, do your job decently next time.

My first visit at this location and I had such an incredible experience with my Server Ankwinice she was patient which I greatly appreciated because I couldn’t decide what to order. She provided great service with a smile. The food was on point and my order was correct. This location was a bit cheaper than another location I frequent so I will definitely be back!

Make sure y’all check your receipts b/c it seems that extra charged are being added. Also incase you all are unaware when ordering ToGo there is a service charge, ToGo fee, & an other charge. I went online just to see what the other fee was and when you ring yourself up there is no “other” charge If I knew they charge togo fees wouldn’t have tipped and if I knew they were scamming/being sneaky adding they own tips I wouldn’t have tipped. Definitely check y’all receipts. IDC if it’s $0.50 or $10 I work hard for my money so all of it needs to be accounted for.

Horrible service! We came to the restaurant after a nice night with my husband and wanted to get a bite and these three were standing outside talking and smoking and they told me that they were closed for 20-30 mins while they all took a break, thats insane ive never seen all workers take a break and not let customers in im extremly disappointed and wont be back. I came in to place it to go order I ordered two sausage biscuits eggs over easy, I also ordered a Texas bacon cheese steak sandwich plate and the cook was obviously new, so I gave them some time I went across the street to QuikTrip to get me some drinks came back hoping my order would be ready, of course it wasn’t, so I waited patiently because I knew the cook was new but the girl working with him will not help him cook. They had to remake the eggs for my wife’s biscuits three times and they even asked if she liked her eggs another way and I said no she wants some over easy. So we finally got our order I went home to eat the sandwich in the meat was like chewing gravel. I spent $41 for basically unedible food. And I also paid for double meat does that look like double meat?

I got what one would expect from a Waffle House. Staff was prompt to get our drinks and take our order, only issue I had was getting a table cleaned off when we first arrived. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would come back.
