If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed a delivery order through the app. When it arrived, all three sandwiches ordered were wrong and included ingredients that should not have been on there. That’s fine, whatever. Worst of all, however, one of the sandwiches had two long blonde hairs in it in two different bites. We were disgusted and threw the food away and tried to call the store to let them know and request a refund. The store took zero accountability and said I should take it up with Uber to request a refund. How is it Uber’s fault that there are multiple hairs in the middle of my sandwich? Also, since the store had the sandwiches delivered through Uber, I have no receipt from Uber or way to request support since I didn’t place the Uber order directly. Absolutely terrible customer service and improper food handling at this store. Make sure you’re careful and check each bite if you choose to get food from here.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a well organized firehouse. The employees were kind and helpful. The restrooms and tables were clean. The food was perfect. Thank you for the attention to detail. I also saw several employees coming in, each one seemed happy. That’s a sign of leadership and management, and that’s so uncommon these days – well done.

This was my first visit to this location. The experience was perfect. They were busy, but I didn’t have to wait long to place my order; preparation and delivery was fairly quick too. I had a large order for 5 and every item was as requested and extremely delicious. I love that no matter which Firehouse sub that I visit, their service is consistently superb!

Have not been to a Firehouse like this one before. Was really big on the inside with lots of open space.
They actually offer fries at this location. The people behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.

I appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness of this location. The food is always fresh and I haven’t had any issues other than a pickle included with my husband’s sandwich but I was ok with it since it was passed onto me!

If zero stars was an option I would give it. I ordered three sandwiches, meat ball sub was ok but the other two hook and ladders looked thrown together and weren’t even cut through all the way. Just the top piece of bread and none of the meat or bottom bread was touched. Not to mention I also found a piece of bone in my sandwich!! We were also missing all three pickles. The employees were rude and snarky towards my husband except for one polite young lady who seemed to be the only person actually doing her job. But to be rude to a customer who was simply inquiring about the status of an order is completely unprofessional. For a restaurant that had no other customers and it being a $30 order I expected our order to be prepared with a little more effort. Not the first time we’ve been disappointed with this location but it will certainly be the last we will be taking our business elsewhere. If I could process a refund I would.

Customer Service is great, the ladies are super sweet and accommodating to my daughter using her gift card today and letting her pay herself. Food was delicious, they also accommodated us splitting our large hook and ladder with different toppings.
