Very disappointed with Panda Express tonight. After sitting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes (with only one car ahead of me), I got what is hands-down the worst “chow mein” I’ve ever been served. And I’m using the term chow mein loosely, because this was basically a sloppy pile of grilled onions and cabbage with barely any noodles.
The chow mein is the main dish for me, and it completely ruined dinner. For context, I eat Panda often, pretty much weekly if I get the chance, so I’m not someone who’s just trying it once and complaining.
I called and spoke with the “store manager” and that was a total waste of time. The only resolution offered was a free side of chow mein if I drive back with my receipt. “That’s what I can offer you!” After the wait, the horrible food, and the hassle, that’s not a real solution.
Really disappointing experience overall. I expect way better consistency and service from Panda Express.

Went in while they weren’t even that busy. They prioritized the drive thru and online orders instead of me for what felt like almost 10 minutes. I was the only person in line. Watched them make like 10 other people’s food. I just wanted a plate for myself. Couldn’t just give me 1 minute real quick for my order so I could go and sit down? They even cheaped out on the servings.
There’s this one manager that’s been with this Panda for years and she’s great. Giving credit where it’s due. This store sucks when she’s not in the building though.

Ruuude! What in the world is this? A Toy??? I was a fan until I ordered a “small” chow mein, this looks like Extra small. Didn’t have much noodles, a lot of cabbage. Disappointed. There are a lot of complaints. What is happening at this location?

I don’t give very many five stars I reserved five stars for exceptional quality. So don’t let my four stars fool you it was still very good this particular day I went to the store that’s on paseo del Norte and I think San Pedro I like that one better because of the convenience of the drive-thru window but the drive-thru window along with great food and exceptional service it was a very good day and a good experience I highly recommend it

Have been to this location several times since it opened. It is not the closest to me, however I drive there anyway. Each time I visit is worse than the last, however today was probably the last time. Went in at 11am to purchase food, there were three employees there, none greeted us, we stood in line and employees scattered to the back or to take drive through orders. There were only a few food choices and combined with the terrible service, we left. I have decided to not ever go back.

My son had the grilled chicken teriyaki tonight. Around 5:30 pm, came home about 7:30 and started throwing up everything. I’m pretty sure it was from what he ate at this restaurant.

Online order only to wait in drive thru line for 20+ minutes with no option to pick up food inside. Multiple attempts to call but phone was never answered. Already paid for our family meal so there isnt a way out of this chaos. Extremely disappointed!!

“Lupe” the shift manager during my trip is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! It began at the drive thru window when she wasn’t listening to my order, I got to the window and she wasn’t listening talking on her cell phone (clearly a personal call), seemed to be put out to even assist me, she asked if something was my order, which it was wrong, so I clarified, again, what my order was (after repeating my order at the drive thru speaker at least 3 times), got my order wrong and over charged me (mind you, I was the ONLY person in the drive thru). But when I went inside to let them know my order was wrong & I was overcharged, the manager was really put out then, and was SUPER RUDE!! Like I said THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If you’re looking for decent customer service & the right order, DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS. I will never be back and I speak with 100’s of people a day, and I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE I speak with to NOT go to this location!

Drive in at 9:30 and they told me they only had rice, no entrees, appetizer or anything else, just rice. They should just update their closing time if they’re not going to have anything after 9:30. Drive there for nothing
