This cafe inside the Nugget in Carson is such a hidden gem! The new chef has completely elevated the food — everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The portions are generous, the prices are very affordable, and the service is always friendly and attentive. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

The service here is very good. The waitresses are keeping this place alive. The food unfortunately is below mediocre. The guacamole needs some help and the meat from the grilled cheese is horrible.
A little refresh in the menu would fix this right up. Also unfortunate that dinner menu doesn’t start until 4….

Ordered our food and ended up walking out before it was served, because there was mice in the dining area. We pointed it out to staff, and they seemed more upset that customers were upset about the mice than they were about having mice.

I’ve stopped here twice for a quick bite on the way to a gig. The staff are really nice and the food is delicious. The burger is very well made and the fries are on point. Great little diner nestled in the historic Carson Nugget.
