I had a great experience at La Mariposa. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and fast. I ordered the steak tacos, and they were delicious, tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh, and the chips and salsa were a great start to the meal.

This is probably my favorite location for La Mariposa, the atmosphere is so bright and cozy and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu is full of super yummy options and this time we got the menudo and the salmon ahumado Benedict. The quality and freshness of the ingredients and preparation the chefs offer is amazing and so tasty. This place is truly a gem so bring your friends and come hungry!!

I went here for lunch one day with my mom and sister. The quality of food is not good, especially the meat. The barbacoa was not good quality and especially fatty. I ordered nachos and the biggest fatty piece was in the nachos and ruined my appetite. The beef also had no flavor. The service was awful too. So so so slow and not even busy. We had to keep reminding the waiter of what we needed or wanted like sugar for our tea. We had to go to the front to even pay our bill cause waitress wouldn’t come to our table. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Anna was very attentive and friendly. She didn’t let me go without an empty drink and her smile shined bright. The food was so good. I’m not a fan of shrimp but tried my boyfriends and it was so good. I got the birrra tacos, recommended by Anna, and they were to die from. GIVE HER A RAISE!

I recently dined here and was pleased with the food and prompt seating. Despite the restaurant being busy, our reservation ensured a quick entry, which I highly recommend making one . The portion size was generous, and even though I was tired, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal both at the restaurant and later at home. I always appreciate excellent service, and our server was great. I don’t remember his name at the top of my head, but his attentiveness, especially in making a virgin piña colada for us, was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a good experience!

We just dined in and to our surprise the building caught our eye first the building atmosphere was amazing. Then the service was above and beyond. They refilled drinks and chips promptly. They are socialable and knowledgeable about their menu. Food was delicious and displayed amazing. But a huge shout to our servers Alfredo and Jaime are outstanding. The manager are friendly and helpful as well. I can on and but all around 1 out 5 I give the a them a 10. Price of the food very reasonable.

Super good food and great service. There for daughter’s rehearsal dinner. A little miscommunication between what the website said and what we were able to reserve. The per basket chips charge was a surprise. I’ve never paid $2 for additional chips/salsa before. We got the 20” burrito and it was perfect.

La Mariposa in Longmont is gorgeous — butterflies everywhere, a rooftop, and a great patio. I came for brunch and was blown away. The carnitas benedict was a highlight (perfectly poached egg + green chile hollandaise = wow) and the guava margarita might be my new favorite. Easily one of the best brunches I’ve had in a while.
