Used to really love Moe’s. I’m so sad and disappointed. All of the food is old. The chips were stale. The tea was old actually every time that I’ve been in there, the tea has been old. The food was definitely left over. Everything was just old. it’s just leftovers and old stale food.

I really like Moe’s. It’s not authentic, but definitely worth getting. It’s tasty – yum. I gave 4 stars because I had a problem with my order for a group and didn’t have time to get it taken care of. However, the catering manager promptly solved the problem. When I don’t want to cook, this is one of my go-tos.

Came into Moe’s about 15 minutes before closing and was still greeted with kindness and great service! The chips were fresh and extremely hot (just the way they should be) and everything tasted great. I really appreciate the team for their cooperation and positive attitude even at the end of a long shift. Honestly, they’re doing a fantastic job I think everyone deserves a raise!

The reason i am giving 2 starts is because i love Moes Homewrecker Bowl.
I just stopped here and got one order and they served the smallest portion i have every gotten. I can eat and have leftovers everytime and today it looks like i will be looking for some snack afterwards
I even ordered the cheese for the chips and they put just a few chips inside the bag.
I am a small person and will be ok with the amount they served but i am sure a bigger person would be even more disappointed with this portion.
I was not going to request more to the server so i just took what they served and left but it was really disappointing

Really underwhelming. I go to chipotle a few times a week and figured I’d switch it up and go to moes (moes Monday) figured that the price would make it worth my whole…nope.
The chicken is bland and a bit dry. I like guacamole added at no charge however the onion was chopped and barely cooks more like warmed up on the stove for 30seconds and left chunky…not what I want in my taco salad.
Chips and salsa are good.

I Paid 18 dollars for something with absolutely no weight to its portion. I also didn’t get the veggies I asked for. The worst part is this was my first time even trying Moe’s. Will not be a repeat customer. I purposely waited until the lunch Rush was over with before I ordered. This thing barely covers the bottom of this bowl and I drove to pick it up so I wasted gas and money I’m actually super dissatisfied.

How about putting an effort in training these people on customer service, and how to properly prepare orders. This is exactly where the problem is. Placing people before they are ready in positions, because they are cheap labor.
I’m tired of paying for food then paying for gas to return it. I should not have to bring it back on my dime, when your job as a restaurant is to fix it right the first time.
No cheese when I specifically heard my daughter ask for cheese, bacon so hard you couldn’t bite into it. Very little chicken which tasted burnt anyhow. Loaded with way to much onion. My daughter had to ask for the kids cup, because it was not given to her.
Now you want me to come back in the future so you can make the order right. Isn’t that what I paid for the first time.
