Haven’t been to Sonic in a while. The service was great and the atmosphere was fine but the food was too greasy for me… but definitely recommend them for a cold soda and ice cream! Those are always good

Was there January 22, 2025, 10:30am. 2 grande burritos, 1 regular cheese burger and fries. Fries were greasy and so hard, couldn’t even eat. Burger was cold, cheese not melted and bun wasn’t even warm. Burritos tasted pretty good but barely warm. We were from out of town had been to hospital for out patient surgery. Got food and left. Very bad experience.

The food is absolutely nasty and they never get the order right the management is always lacking. It’s so sad I used to go to this place with my grandmother for years or spot to eat and now I can’t even eat here anymore. I advise to not eat here . I’ve been food poison from prooly cooked food and they never get my complete order correct. Please fire your management sonic and get someone who can insure me quality food and I’ll return.

Our server was just lovely and gave us salt and pepper and extra spoons for our ice cream. She came back out, without our calling (button) and gave us a handful of napkins. It’s like she read my mind. The atmosphere was filled with good music too. Excellent. I’m satisfied…and full.

What a pleasant surprise! My double cheeseburger special was absolutely perfect. Even looked nice! It was well made, cooked perfectly, and juicy. The new sauce was also delish. It’s rare I get a good quality burger but this one was worth the price and then some. My friends American hot dog was also well made and he said it was good. Somebody in the kitchen did a great job!

Frankia Gave Great Customer Service. Despite her not being my carhop. My order was taken by Miriam. Who was rude and even said damn when I ask for $3 in change. I asked her to break $100 so I could tip her. But she signed and just seem like I was a bother. My meal was merely $3.11 but I was washing 2 loads across the street because my washing machine sparked and shocked me. Frankia was willing to help me and provide customer service with a smile. That meant everything to me. What could have been a bad experience definitely ended great. The tip Frankia received just for get was well deserved and every time I am this way I will definitely tip the same amount and ask for her friendly smile. I hope management , who see me often at AT&T . See this and know they have a great new working.
