We come here pretty frequently and it’s always the wait that gets to us. We waited at the stalls for about 10 minutes and then moved to the drive through where we waited another 10 minutes without even being greeted. I’ve worked in fast food for 6 years, you’re always supposed to greet people as soon as they pull up. At least let us know it’s going to be a second. “Hey thank you for choosing (whatever restaurant) take a look at the menu and I’ll be with you in just a moment!” It really is that simple. I am so disappointed. It felt like we were just being ignored while the drive through piled up behind us.

I have never had to wait 4 mins for the drive thru to answer the drive through call. Even after backing up and pulling forward. Very slow!

Absolutely horrible unacceptable meal. Two meals cost $22 and after a wait I received the absolutely hardest stale burger I have ever ate. This is getting ridiculous I realize cost go up and we have to pay more for things but I don’t understand why quality has to go along with it.

It took driving through the drive thru twice for them to get the ice cream right due to the drive thru worker grabbing the wrong one to begin with. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if the original ice cream wasn’t completely melted.

2025 review. Slow service, burnt food. Don’t come here often and this is the reason why. My Coney was absolutely burnt and couldn’t even it it. ♂️
2021. Great sevice. Food was very poor quality. Could tell it had been sitting for quiet a while granted I bought it at 2pm but still. So service and cleanliness gave it a 3. 1 star for food quality.

The ladies are back there on their phones. Basically, you’re doing something back here, not paying attention to the customers and not getting their job done in a day. Timely manner for a place. It was hardly anybody in there. And I had to stand there for a while before I got service needs to be Monitored, by the owner, more closely on what our employees are doing

I am super sad about my visit with yall. My go to drink is a route 44 unsweetened tea with extra real strawberries. I was unpleasantly surprised when I took a drink and it didn’t really taste much like strawberry. I got home and finished my drink and went to eat my strawberries and ice (sonic ice is my favorite ice!!) And found there were zero strawberries in there. So I wonder what did I pay extra for since there were none to begin with? Im assuming it was quicker and easier to not restock the strawberries and I got the end of a container. Understandable if I hadn’t paid for the extra.
