My coke tasted like watered down Pepsi
Fries were stale and zero flavor to them.
Burger had soggy buns and the burger itself was pressed down flat. The patty is another discussion.
Customer service was great. Employees down to earth. Just quality of the food is off setting. It being fast food you know what you’re buying. But it feeling like it’s straight out of a dumpster you think maybe elsewhere is where you need to go.

I would give zero stars if I could. Food is consistently nasty. We have been customers over the years and try to support community restaurants. But we can’t do that anymore with this Hardee’s. Food is always cold, never has advertised milk shakes, and tonight, toaster was broken so they couldn’t toast bread for Frisco sandwich and just sent it to us anyway. Sandwich was completely cold 2 minutes after leaving store

Ordered cheese burger with lettuce. The lettuce was rotten at the edges very nasty. Will not eat here again. I took lettuce into restaurant showed manager. He apologized and asked how can he make it right. I told him I only wanted to bring to his attention so he can better train employees. He said noted thanks. I left

Just went here for a quick bite and don’t think I’ve ever had someone so rude and impatient. Got a quarter way through the order and just drove off. Wasn’t even worth asking her why she was in such a bad mood. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but if thats how it normally is, I wouldn’t recommend it ever.

Literally placed online order. Husband outside window & door. Girl walks past acts like she don’t see. It’s an ONLINE ORDER. Open a window ,inform a person of a situation…no I get I’ll refer ur refund to my general manager in an email…don’t order online!! Nothin but problems. Got checkout bags for sure but now…u gotta check if they open???

Got there around 1215, middle of lunch so i was expecting some slowness. Ordered within 5-10 minutes (pretty decent for lunch). Pulled around, behind 2 vehicles (ok not bad, 20 minutes tops to pay and get food). Over 40 minutes of sitting and i still had NOT gotten to the window to pay! They have a barrier that will prevent smaller cars from leaving, luckily i was in a larger vehicle that could handle it. I am not sitting for nearly an hour just to pay then wait longer to get my food that shouldnt take longer than 10 minutes to prep.
Would put a 0 if i could, order was rung up correct so thats why at least the 1 star there.
If you are the owner of this store, you need to make sure you have enough employees to cover a lunch rush.

The guy at the window this morning was the nicest person I have ever encountered at any drive-through. The food was fresh. The cinnamon raisin biscuits are back, and mine were fresh and soft. Great location, Hardee’s!

We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:26pm, and waited but no one responded to us via the speaker so we pulled up to window. There was another customer (who had to place his order at the drive-thru window) ahead of us. We waited approximately 8 minutes before we could get to the window to place our order. I was surprised that we were charged an extra $1 per biggie bag. I asked the employee about it and was told that there is an extra charge if you order 2 double burgers per biggie bag and that it was on the sign. The sign was placed where, when you were at the main menu board, the biggie bag sign was not visible. The employee had a lot of negative attitude. If the restaurant advertise that they are open until 9pm, then that means they better be ready to serve the public until 9pm without so much attitude.
