This location messes up your order a lot. Everyone there looks so miserable and wait times can be excessive. If you actually get what you order I’ll say it’s still one of the best fast food burgers available in this area.

Last time I order a Baconator with no bacon! This is the third time!
To be clear, a baconater has 6, that is SIX FULL STRIPS OF BACON! Not two broken in half, not one broken in half, six full strips. I leave feedback on the website, tell me they’ll refund my money. Keep it, buy some bacon for your baconator!

We had to wait for a really long time to place our order. It was 8pm and we have only 1 person ahead of us. There was no one at the till. The only person was also preparing order so it was delayed.
The staff was very friendly.

Out of all the fast food in town, I feel Wendy’s gives the best bang for your buck.
I usually get a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag with nuggets, fries and a drink for $5 and some change for tax. Great deal

Delicious food. Speedy service. But unable to understand extra.
I made three mobile orders in the parking lot and they were ready when I came in. The food was all delicious. I do hate how much a baconator costs now.
I ordered two burgers with extra lettuce and extra tomato and got one slice on each.
Their coke freestyle machine was fully stocked which is rare for a Wendy’s.

Tried to get a grilled chicken sandwich here yesterday and was told that they don’t have grill chicken at all only fried. I got something else only because I didn’t want to take time to go elsewhere. I guess Wendy’s is no longer getting my business. Must take too much time to make a healthy choice for people. Also terrible expensive for a burger for myself and chicken nuggets for my granddaughter. Almost $20 that’s awful

DISGUSTING to me.. and It was cold inside the burger.. called and told them VERY NICely cause accidents do happen and I understand.. lady I spoke to was VERY rude. And said ” umm thays funny we just got new grills’. I said I’m sorry it’s red I can prove to u it is.. . Didn’t fix the problem at all .. very ignorant and wrong!! Never will I go to that place again

The only problem I had was the teenager working the window handed my card off to another teenager he was gone with it for a few and im worried he took a picture of it because he had his phone out when he headed it back to me thru the window. The manager on duty she was either high or really stressed out and didn’t even want to hear what I was saying to her.
