They charged me $15 for This chicken chilly and see the worst less quantity n even the food tasted was worst it wasn’t cooked well. Zero start. Work recommend. Photos below..
I get that pop-up food can’t always match restaurant quality, but poor preparation shouldn’t be excused by convenience. If you’re going to represent your brand outside your kitchen, it should still reflect your standards.
Extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.
The food from Tript was absolutely delicious — the chilly chicken was perfectly spiced, the vada pav had that true Mumbai flavor, and my kids couldn’t stop eating the Hakka noodles . Everything was fresh, flavorful, and full of festive vibes! ✨
I ordered everything the owner had on the menu that day and I am glad I did. The kadhi pakora was just like how my mom used to make back in India. Loved kadai paneer and dal as well, with just the right amount of spices. The rotis were really soft and good size, not like the little ones you get in the grocery stores.
You can literally see in the picture, the food looks like it came right out of the tiffin box from home. I’d definitely order again whenever I’ll visit NJ.
I got chana masala. It was amazing, properly spicy, like punjabi chole. Chole were soft and mashed as they should be.
Downside was that my Naan was hard on the edges and stale.
Much better than anything near Nassau: Mint, Dvaraka, Chennai. I’m glad they don’t offer rice for free with entrees because it’s unnecessary carbs.
By the way, all meat is halal according to the very nice owner.
Would highly recommend.
