I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut located at 9015 Baltimore Ave. The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was outstanding. What really made the visit stand out was the store manager, Lorena. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that customers were taken care of.
Lorena’s customer service was incredible, and she was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can tell she takes pride in her store and her team, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and committed to customer satisfaction.
Because of her leadership and the great overall experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Visited this Pizza Hut recently and was shocked at the condition of the place. The entire restaurant felt old and outdated, like it hadn’t seen a deep cleaning or renovation in years. The floors were dirty and sticky, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the experience.
They were open for in-house dining, yet there were no clean tables, no cups, no silverware—only a few tables to actually sit down and eat. It felt like they weren’t even prepared to serve customers.
The bathroom was filthy, and honestly, if that’s the level of cleanliness in the public areas, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. That thought alone made me lose my appetite. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the food—I just didn’t trust it would be sanitary.
Would not recommend eating here. It felt unsafe, unsanitary, and completely neglected. Pizza Hut as a brand should not allow locations like this to operate in such poor condition.

I’m not one to write reviews after just one order or two. I’ve been ordering from this location for a few years now I’d say. Never had an issue with my order or staff, and they’re always on time. Perfectly made, not burned, or felt like my order was rushed when opening the box. Always warm. Great job overall! I hope they keep up the good work. Highly recommend this location to anyone. P.S. – this is more of a carry out location. The place looks old and could absolutely use some renovation. But that’s not in the staff. However, I stand by what I’ve stated.

I had a very good experience. I bought two pizzas with cheese on the crust; they were a bit expensive, but worth it, very delicious. The baked chicken wings were excellent, and the service was great too.

We are from Rochester Ny. We were on vacation. We were so excited that there was a Pizza Hut near by.
I would suggest anyone that wants Pizza Hut run fast in the other direction from this location.
