Door dash order. Over half items missing. What we got instead of a roast beef was a cheeseburger. Only one item was correct or not missing. Opened the cheeseburger, my boyfriend took a bite, as his roast beef was missing. He spit it out. You can get a better cheeseburger at a gas station. Hard as a rock, messy, tomatoes pale, top bun literally stuck to the burger with some sort of cheese sauce? This sandwich doesn’t even smell like a cheeseburger. I wouldn’t give this to my dog! Absolutely disgusted. Top that off with half the other items missing. Not happy with this Arby’s.

I just went through the drive through getting my food quicker than other places. When I got my order The sandwiches were rapped up nicely but were shashed and not as warm as I like. The fries were warm not real fresh. Overall the food wasn’t bad. But I think it was over priced. I’ll go back again sometime. There are several fast food places near my area. So I’ll continue my rotation. Lol

Ordered the loaded Italian sandwich and it was missing all of the “loaded”. No banana peppers and no tomatoes. Where the hell is the meat? (Yes the meat in the picture is what was on that sandwich. Also it had regular Mayo and no garlic aioli. So annoying. Don’t waste your $. I have always been disappointed at this Arby’s but had recently seen a few posts on social media praising the place so when the loaded Italian was available again I figured why not give ‘em a shot? Big mistake. There’s also no way they put someone else’s custom sandwich into my bag by mistake… i was the only one in drive through line. I was pretty pissed when I got home and the sandwich was totally incorrect. I regret ever giving them another chance. Never again. I will say the curly fries were fresh so I guess that’s something….

We went through the drive through. My daughter got a double beef and cheddar and I got a double beef meal with crinkle fries and a diet coke. The sandwiches were fine but the fries were absolutely disgusting! They tasted old and like they had been put back down to cook after getting stale. YUK, what a disappointment!

Food is average. The new steak nuggets are excellent tho. Going thru the drive-thru is okay BUT the lobby service is absolutely horrible. Took 20 minutes to get my food (10 of it was spent waiting to order – zero ppl in front of me) and everybody in the lobby had to listen to the employees fight with each other.

Went through the drive through and they forgot to make half the meal. You call to tell them to refund you and they cant do anything unless you drive back with your card. Unfortunately we already waited 15 minutes for them to realize we were there and then the meal was missing half the order and over charged for what wasnt received.

Arbys for me and the family is a hit or miss. The other day we drove through the drive through. As we pulled in front of the menu I knew exactly what I wanted. The challenge Diablo roast beef dare sandwich with the loaded Diablo fries. They unfortunately didn’t have beef…..what kind of Arbys runs out of the main ingredient for most of their sandwiches which is ridiculous. Then after switching to the chicken Diablo sandwich they asked, “are you sure you want to order that, cause it’s spicy?” My response is, “are you sure you want my money?” First no beef then question what my order is?!! I’ve come here two other times to find out they closed early because of lack of staff. I’m starting to see a pattern here. I used to like coming to Arbys but the lobby isn’t even open and you can’t tell me, “it’s because of COVID.” Bull! I can honestly say the “Diablo Dare” was ok. The sauce wasn’t as spicy as I thought it was going to be, but it surely over powers everything else on the sandwich which made it the biggest disappointment. The one thing I can say that I had at this fast food chain is good customer service. Even though they were out of beef, they were handling it very professionally. Okay, I know a 16-year-old might’ve been training, but come on… who taught them that a proper chicken slider should come with a mayo flood warning?? I opened the wrapper and the mayo practically waved hello. I couldn’t even find the chicken — it was lost somewhere under a thick layer of Hellmann’s. This wasn’t a sandwich… this was an art project called ‘How Much Mayo Can We Get Away With?’ Arby’s, I didn’t order a mayo bath — I just wanted a chicken slider. Please get your life together.
