I tried going to lunch here today and they wouldn’t take my order in the drive through because the power was out. Because of this I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I tried leaving, but they had allowed a customer to wait at the window for service to resume. When I tried to back out another car pulled up and I was unable to leave that way either, because they had also allowed that customer to wait even though they were currently closed and not taking orders. They effectively held me prisoner and would not allow me to leave until service resumed and the guy in front of me finally got his food. I was held up for more than 20 minutes and blocked from leaving and going elsewhere. When I called the manager, he said I had no choice but to just wait and be held up and blocked in line. The management of this restaurant acted very unprofessionally and rudely and almost caused me to be late going back to work. I will never eat at this location again and I will tell everybody I know to never patronize this business. I could have sued them for holding me prisoner had I had some type of medical emergency or something along those lines, because they would not allow me to leave even though they had refused me service and were closed.

Dried out chicken, almost jerky. Counterman Mauricio was nearly unintelligible. Very dreary atmosphere, like a homeless hangout. Pollo Loco quality has gone downhill for years now at several locations near me. Very sad.

I wouldn’t suggest going to this location it’s independently owned and they falsely advertise this banner with four different combos starting at $5.99 but won’t honor them. It’s a scam don’t go here it’s not a corporate store. It’s independently owned and they will rip you off. One time I ordered a regular El Pollo Bowl they’re supposed to be only $5.99 they charged me $8. And every time I go in there it almost feels like they’re annoyed that people come in. I used to go to this place at least two or three times a week not anymore. I’ll drive a little further to a corporate location

Not the best el pollo loco location due to the fact that the person in drive thru couldn’t figure out my point system when I was hoping to use my rewards for my classic chicken tostada salad. Darn it didn’t work. Also another thing was their chicken was extremely dry for my salad.

This location was amazing. The customer service was excellent for a fast food restaurant. I was not rushed when ordering and was able to take my time. Cashier had extra coupons and offer them to me to help make my food choices a little better price wise. The food was hot and fresh tasting. Chicken was not burned but actually cooked. The chicken tacos were nice and full of chicken meat, making for a nice filling taco. The churros I had were fresh but colud have had more cinnamon/sugar on them. But overall A great eating experience that is well worth the visit.

El Pollo Loco is my favorite fast food place. Every time I see it I stop by. Its very delicious and fresh. You can see chickens being cooked right there. I love it for a simple menu with real not fake products like in the similar other places. You know what Im talking about. Its hard to find a good fresh fast food this days. I would have to say this was the worst experience ever! All I ordered was 2 Taco el Carbon ( pretty simple you would think) I went through the drive through so didn’t realize the condition of my order until I reached home! The tortilla were not matched so nothing fit right, the cilantro looked like they just pulled it off the bush and of course I requested the avocado sauce and got the pico de gallo. Nothing about this order was appetizing. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this store but it will definitely be my last!!!
