Twice I’ve ordered and twice I’ve had no sauce on the pizza. When I say no sauce I mean the person applying it presses too hard and swirls 90% to the edges and there is literally nothing on 2/3rds of the slice of pizza. I left pictures with the example. There is quite literally a cupped pepperoni’s worth of sauce on the entire pizza

First time ordering from here. I ordered a cheese crafted flats pizza as carry out at 3:11 and picked it up at 3:23. It was barely warm, and very dry. It seems like the pizza had been sitting around for hours. It was so dry there was no grease in the cheese. I ate it because I was hungry but it was the most unenjoyable pizza I have ever had. Of course I didn’t discover this until I brought my food back and did not have time to call and get a new one.

This is not a typical Pizza Hut Restaurant from back in the days. What you order is what you get, meaning, no one will sit you, no refills on drinks, and self service. The tables are not clean. No one will bring your pizza on a stand with reusable plates, nor will they have an open salad bar. The atmosphere is sad. The bathrooms are run down to the point that the door has to be lifted to close. Moth landing on our pizza, no clean place to sit, and some staff members are rude. The quality of pizza was so bad that we just threw away whatever we did not eat. When I chose to go there, expecting it to be like any other fast food restaurant, but this is a sit where you want, clean your own table, and expect empty tables as work stations for workers to build boxes and pizza orders to placed for carryout. So sad to think they build a restaurant and not use it for such. I posted only one picture, because there was another family there at the time and did not want to make it obvious to the staff.

Insane! Got there early, “I am starting your pizza,”waited 10 mins ( was a shift change) “we can’t find your pizza” $20 credit next time. 1 person came in. Did they give them my pizza? This Pizza Hut and every one needs to be shut down. No one will miss Pizza Hut just go away, all of you.

Walked in at 4:50pm 2 employees behind the counter and not one hello or even a a wave. Instead they walked into the back kitchen or whatever. Haven’t been to a sit down Pizza Hut in a minute so was excited but that was a mood killer. Judging by from these other reviews it seems we dodged a bullet on both food quality and customer service.

Staff was great and it was new years eve. 5 people, half the sitting area was for pizza boxes. Order at the counter not the table, absolutely no condiments like the mandatory cheese shaker. Garbage can was 1 small can that barely fit a box. New years rush probably effected this. But great job by the staff keeping upbeat and attention to us while ordering. Good crew and they were busy. Many were carrying out 5-6 boxes.

I ordered a pizza online something glitched did I called to try and get it fixed. Boone would answer. When they finally did they didn’t hang the phone up. I won’t say what I heard while they thought the phone was off it’s too trashy. Then finally I got ahold of someone higher up and they sent me a pizza that glitched off my order. Which was great! I appreciate that. However when my order was delivered it looked like it was tossed around and I would not let my kids eat it. Management was not helpful I’ve escalated the issue to corporate. The best option they had was an instore credit. No thanks I’ll never be ordering again. And I will let my family up here know what happened and have them pass the word on as well. Photos of how my pizza arrived! Unreal! I will also never tip until my order arrives and is checked because for this I would not have tipped!

Service was great. Cashier was super nice and patient, very helpful. Place was clean.
As for the food, the pizza was good. The breadsticks weren’t even cut. The cheese bread is not the same recipe as other Pizza Hut locations.

We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a long time. Mostly our experience has been good! This time ordered the Box Combo and some boneless chicken wings. It was disappointing to see a blueberry size chicken wings inside. Took a picture of the chicken wing box.
Customer service was below average. May be a busy day but showed no smile!
On the other hand, the Box Combo was great as always.
