I frequent this Starbucks almost daily, every time I come here my drink is always fantastic!! The employees are extremely nice!! They speak to you, actually conversate EVERYTIME YOU ARE THERE ! One day I ordered about eight drinks, I did not get any type of frustrated or annoyed looks. I’ve been to other Starbucks locations where I’ve ordered multiple drinks, they have an attitude or you can feel how frustrated they are because we have so many drinks!!
I highly recommend a Starbucks if you’re in the area they do not disappoint!!
I want to give a huge shout out to Maddie and Hannah!! They are THE BEST Baristas around!! Those two ladies are the main reason I continue to go to this Starbucks!! If they did not work here it would not be the same!! Thank you ladies for always making my day!

I placed a mobile order and when I picked up my drink, the cup was completely filled with ice, leaving very little actual beverage. When I politely mentioned it to the barista, she immediately gave me an attitude and told me that because I didn’t order “light ice,” I would have to pay for another drink.
The person I assume was the manager also got involved and was equally unpleasant, giving me an attitude instead of trying to resolve the situation or show any understanding. Instead of customer service, I was made to feel uncomfortable and ended up paying for a second drink just to get what I originally expected.
I understand policies, but there’s no excuse for poor attitude and lack of customer care. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope management addresses it moving forward.

Don’t fall for the line that the mango dragonfruit refresher tastes the same without the pieces. The barista LIED to us and it absolutely does not it tastes like crap! Thanks for wasting my money.

I get starsbucks almost everyday for some reson this starbucks has horrible service. They are rapped around the building so I go inside . When I walk in, there are two girls talking.And texting on their phones, I stand there, waiting for my order to be taken for about two minutes before someone notices, i’m even there.I place my order.And as i’m waiting, the one of the girls does nothing to help anyone.And continues to talk and text on her phone, not sure, what’s going on.But that might be why they’re wrapped around the building.All of the time
