I go to this Dunkin every single day. I order the same thing every day. I get a frozen coffee, but I ask for extra cream. Some days, it’s great, and other days, it’s like they put less cream in it on purpose. Even before when I was getting iced coffees, every single day it tasted different. Some of the staff is super nice, while other ones are incredibly nasty, one even calling me a word I’m not sure I can even put on Google when they thought the window was closed and it wasn’t, because I complained that my coffee was made wrong for the millionth time. Thank god they opened another one in Humboldt because I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore.

So went through drive thru there before work recently I ordered a breakfast sandwich all was ok but sandwich had no protein on it which I paid extra for. Today I went in person to make same order and took the actual sticker they place on the bag that has order number on it and time stamp. The young man at register was very polite and kind but when it was time for manager to come in she fumbled badly.(Older white female) She ignored the entire complaint being dismissive and stating she would not do a thing without the receipt for transaction from register. All I wanted was that the protein be comped on this sandwich being they failed to place it on my last order. She was not able to hear my concern and or apologize at least for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and check order before leaving drive thru because the manager does not care about customer service there. Staff for the record is extremely nice there and has always been helpful just their manager needs to be admonished and retrained being she does not care about the clientele.

Horrible service. The lady with greenish hair and snake bite was extremely rude and gave me attitude for saying my order was made incorrectly. Will never go to this Dunkin again and I hope she gets fired.

Come inside and they ignore you, get a coffee in the morning before work they give you a stank face. Ofc they talk about you amongst each other. They’re all miserable and negative it’s so toxic you can feel it when you go. It’s so tragic, how are you young and this miserable?

Only once in a blue moon would my sweet tea have sugar in it. The amount of times I had to drive home with an unsweetened tea was abysmal, never going here again.

Service was fast and efficient, donuts and coffee were tasty, and the prices were good. Floors could have been swept better and the interior could use a remodel, but it was otherwise good, I recommend.

Everyone is always extremely nice, they all do a great job. Went today, and they were extremely busy, but they were able to accommodate everyone in a timely matter, and my coffee was delicious!
Something really needs to be done with the parking lot, the pot holes are awful. Someone is going to damage their car going through there one of these days, even in the drive thru it’s really bad!
