This is not my favorite Kroger. First, this store is in bad need of remodeling. The floor shows its age badly.
Secondly, the bottle return area is nasty. I will drive out of my way to return Kroger returnables in Canton before walking on the sticky floor and dealing with overflowing waste containers.
Next, I shop here because it’s close to home. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone for two or three items and there were no hand baskets at the entrance. Or all of the carts were in the parking lot.
Lastly, I’ve been a cashier. I know that it can be a thankless job. But I always greeted my customers with a smile and pleasantries. Much of the staff at this store act as if they don’t want you there.
I wish I could give a better review.

Great Customer Service and Management, but sells too many items that are not fresh or about to expire. Produce doesn’t last long after you buy it. Corporate is good at responding to these types of concerns!
