I stopped at this Arby’s tonight on the way home because I was hungry. I stopped at 9:55 when I got to the drive-through the person was fairly nice except for you want to let me know they hadn’t been very busy and she’s been closing and she had no roast beef. I feel like that is a waste of your life. If you don’t have any roast beef that is your main food and I don’t feel like you were out of it I feel like you’re ready to go home. I get it. That’s not very good Customer Service.

Stay away from the Arby’s on east main! Our roast beef sandwiches were burnt, crumbling and dry. The taste was so nasty we couldn’t eat them though we tried. Both of us are getting upset stomachs. The fries were stale and nasty.
There were plenty of employees inside so shortage of help is not a reason.
There is no excuse to serve such substandard food like this.

Highly recommend this Arby’s. Walking in the door, we was greeted with a smile. Management went above and beyond to make our visit great. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant so clean, even the restrooms was spotless. We ordered beef n cheddar and a classic roast beef. The food came out fast and fresh, if I wasn’t full. I would of ordered more. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

Keeghan took our order at the counter and was quite pleasant and attentive. One of the best counter experiences I’ve had. Gyros are great!
