Our tour bus stopped and brought 45 folks for breakfast at 0700. The processed the crowd efficiently. But the sausage biscuit was a train wreck of burnt sausage and undercooked eggs. The Tropicana OJ was nice. While standing in line I noticed a French fry sitting on a counter. It had to have been there since the day before.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Went in to order and there was 1 person ahead of me and 1 person in the restaurant who already held their food. Got the 2 breakfast sandwich combo coupon deal. A little ridiculous. 3-4 people behind the counter working.

Went through the drive thru for lunch. The young girl at window was very friendly. Complimented my purse and wallet, points due to it is my favorite matching set and matches my car. She was naturally full of joy, a cup of sunshine that made my day. My food was perfect. I called to let the manager know how wonderful my experience was, she was just as wonderful, just a beautiful person to talk to! Definitely will visit this restaurant again!! Thank you for the great service and food!!

I’ve gone to this Burger King plenty of times but never before had gone inside. Inside staff was very helpful and friendly. I haven’t been inside a Burger King with so many people eating inside. Nice group of customers. Very clean and so was the washroom.

Always have to pull up to check our food when we get it. Recently I attempted to have food delivered, 4 different times and each time it didn’t show up at all or it showed up an hour later than scheduled. The night it didn’t show up I ordered it for dinner And we ordered it at 8:30 around 945 I called and they said they had no orders and they were closing so I had to throw together food to feed 6 of my 7 children so all in all you’re better off handing them $30 and telling them to suprise you.
Update: ordered through the drive through and they forgot some of my order per usual. So I asked them if I could come back and get the food since I had my seven children +2 other children over and she told me they were closing in six minutes so what I said my children wasn’t her problem after arguing with her trying to be respectful she called me a bit*h. She said she was the manager and just started at the mercer location that day. I called and reported her even though I’ve been in the service industry for 25+ years so I don’t like to complain but I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Definitely garbage. DO BETTER!!!!!

Just wanted to share a nice moment I had with the employees here!
I was sick and couldn’t be bothered to cook so I went to BK on a whim and everyone was so friendly. They even got me an extra cup so I could make a float with my ice cream cone.
