This was a really great location right before we were heading up to go hiking that we thought we’d stop and grab a bite to eat. The patio is excellent and the weather was perfect. It was really nice to sit out there and enjoy it. The service here was excellent he was right on top of everything. The only thing I would say is the food came down about one star. The sandwich we had was very good but everything was piled in the very middle instead of being distributed around the sandwich. French dip my friend had said that the broth was extremely salty and kind of thin. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Drinks were all so well done.

Went there during happy hour on on Monday night. The bar was pretty full. I ordered the beef salad and they had lobster bisque soup on special for the day. The environment definitely gave me the feel like a cheers bar a lot of locals, but very friendly, which was delightful. The beet salad was amazing and the lobster bisque was very flavorful, but could use a couple of chunks of lobster pieces in the soup. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

June 18, 2025 back again!

Just a few weeks later, and I couldn’t stay away. Well the truth is, it had been a really awful day, and I did not want to cook!! So, a favorite local choice to the rescue! Pinnacle Grille always pulls me back in with that perfect combo of local charm, great food, and unforgettable people.

This time, it was all about cocktails and comfort. My lemon drop martini arrived in an ice-cold glass with a sugared rim—and bonus points for bringing the shaker to the table so I could top it off myself. It’s such a little thing, but it makes the whole experience feel a little more special. A little fancy, you know! We also ordered a reposado tequila old fashioned, and let me tell you, it was stunning—big gentleman’s cube, dark cherries, chunk of fresh orange, just the right amount of smoky and sweet. Well done, Jackson! Thank you for consistently delivering one of the best reposado tequila old fashions in town!

For supper, I went all-in on the personal recommendation from Erik, who we’ve enjoyed having several times as our waiter, and he suggested the Steak Gorgonzola Pasta. Yep, he was right! It was a perfectly grilled bistro steak over Cajun Alfredo, topped with cherry tomatoes, and a little balsamic drizzle for that tangy kick. It was rich, decadent, and completely worth it. Carbs and steak…a perfect pair!

And because the day had been way too stressful dessert was screaming my name so, we split the Chocolate Lava Cake. Warm, gooey chocolate with that melty center, plus a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Total heaven.

Honestly? Pinnacle Grille just keeps winning me over. The staff, the food, the drinks—they’ve created something really special here. A true neighborhood favorite that never feels ordinary.

May 28, 2025 visit to a local gem!

Pinnacle Grille is one of those places that makes you wonder why more people aren’t raving about it and why on earth it isn’t packed out every night! Honestly, it’s such a hidden gem—and I mean that in the best way. From the second you walk in, the staff make you feel like you’re part of the family. I’ve been several times now, and they always remember us. Not just our names, but drink orders, allergies, favorite meals—you name it.

Dawn, the manager, is pure sunshine. Glamorous, funny, professional, and genuinely warm. You can feel how much the staff respects her—several have told us they work there because of Dawn. And it shows. The vibe she creates just radiates through the whole place.

The bar? A total highlight. Jackson (wild hair, wild personality) is straight out of “Cheers.” He remembers what you drink and how you like it—before you even ask. Leon keeps things moving fast and friendly with the best laugh and killer bartending skills. And when you are looking for a wine recommendation, just ask for Erik! He is definitely a wine enthusiast and happy to make a suggestion or two!

For supper, I went classic with the All-American cheeseburger and onion rings. I always love a crispy onion ring! Perfectly done. My girlfriend tried the All-American burger with a gluten-free bun (thank you Erik for remembering the gluten allergy from a previous visit before it was even mentioned during this dinner) with steak fries, others in our party had the spaghetti bolognese with garlic toast (hearty and flavorful), and the club sandwich with a side of chili. And not just any chili—this one was topped with fresh jalapeños because my spice-loving friend isn’t messing around and is always looking for the extra punch.

We laughed, we hung out way too long, we left full and happy. This is such a great spot for dinner out with friends without breaking the bank! Pinnacle Grille? It’s local love at its finest. We will definitely be back!

The last time I visited this restaurant,a few months ago, the food was very good. I would 100% return based on that experience. Today (January 5,2026) i called to ask a question, and the best front of the house person I’ve spoken to in a really long time – anywhere- answered the phone. Her name is ALEX. The restaurant is very good. Alex is 100% on top of her game. If I didn’t like the food I ate last time (which I did), I’d still go back to this restaurant to buy Alex a meal. She is what hospitality is looking for. She’s a great listener. She’s compassionate. She has a GREAT personality. I understand this review is for the restaurant, and like I said, it was very good the last time I was there, and I’ll definitely go back, but one of the main reasons I’ll go back is because of Alex (and I’ve never even met her!)! Good luck, Alex (hugs)

Loved visiting this restaurant! Great atmosphere and a laid back crowd. Arrived around 4:30pm for an early dinner and thank goodness we did, because about half the tables on the beautiful patio were reserved for reservations and we were able to barely have a table in the shade. They have lots of umbrellas on the patio, however some retractable shades would probably be better in some areas so the customers and servers wouldn’t have to duck around them as well as provide better shade.
The restaurant became very crowded for Friday dinner and the food coming out of the kitchen was quick for some tables and slow for others, our food took almost 30 minutes. We didn’t order any appetizers, however ordered the Baby Back Ribs (advertised on the menu as Fall off the Bone, which they were). Our rack of ribs came out lukewarm and the table next to us was served with the same temperature.
We will return and try other menu items and hope they are served hot.

It’s sad that I need to give this place such a low score on service the place is beautiful, the area around is great, BUT!!! I don’t look like the majority of the people who visit the area. They have a large patio and I requested to sit outside. I was told that ALL the tables were reserved. All I needed was one little table for me. I was offered to sit at the bar when half of the place was empty inside. However, I’m a New Yorker, Its not in me to be a yes ma’am person. I asked for the manager, Tim, was my savior that day. I waited a little, but he found me a table outside. He served me with respect and kindness. Even though he was SOO BUSY, he made sure I got everything I needed. When you go there PLEASE ASK FOR TIM. He is just amazing. No other waitress or waiter even looked at me. Very sad to experience this in 2024, in such a nice place!
My food was good. Now you know….talk to TIM

Nice spot for locals, seem to be mostly snowbirds from nearby townhouses and condos. This place is out of the way so unless you make it a destination, or live nearby, you likely won’t end up trying it. Food is good and traditional easy American style. Happy Hour is good and priced right. Staff are good…well one bartender should consider a new job…but otherwise nice and attentive. A nice patio with views, although viewing across the parking lot. Can’t see these four star ratings because it’s nice but not at all special or in any way outstanding. If you happen to find yourself here you will enjoy it, but I doubt you will put it on your return list if you live miles away.

As someone who has frequented this restaurant for greater than 10 years and always enjoyed my meals, I was very disappointed with a takeout order today. I ordered the pecan crusted chicken salad
I was told that it was sliced chicken breast. What I got were tiny burnt nuggets of chicken that were barely edible. Looked that had been sitting in the fryolator for days. Was so looking forward to a nice salad. I did call to share my concerns however no solution was offered. Best to eat at the restaurant

I work down the road and there aren’t many options for meals so we come here a lot. Variety of food have all been delicious over the 8 years that I’ve eaten here. Eddie is very friendly and has been a big help when we’ve held work events on the patio. It’s also fun to see the locals frequent it. I love the grille

I’ve never really enjoyed this place much but this time made me extremely annoyed.
Food: I ordered a burger to be medium and it came nearly rare, my dad ordered medium rare and it came medium well, and my brother ordered medium rare and got medium well.
Service: Took 40 minutes to actually allow us to order drinks and 20 more for food. After we had our food we didn’t see our server for another 30 minutes even after we had finished. Our plates got cleared and then another 30 minutes until we got the check. I’ll aim to never come back.
