When I first walked in and saw the variety of flavors, I thought I was going to enjoy an amazing ice cream. But after finishing it, I realized it wasn’t good at all. The ice cream is overloaded with sugar and feels very heavy. There are far better options in Orange County.

3 stars cuz the guy who took our order was nice but -2 stars because of the guy who rung us out was rude. I think he’s the manager but not sure. He was wearing a black sweater tonight. When we walked in he was just standing around then walks to the back even though there’s a line. After I placed my order and the nice guy starts making it, he walks back out front and wants to ring us up. I inform him that the person I’m with hasn’t ordered yet. He just asks, “ what do you want? So we tell him and he cash’s us out. The guys comes back with my Sunday and he tells him what else we ordered and then we’re told they’re out of the flavor he wanted. No apology or anything! My boyfriend changes his flavor and the black sweater guy goes and grabs our dog treat. Just hands it to us and starts to walk away, and I have to stop him and ask for my receipt. He rolls his eyes and I can tell his feels inconvenienced by this normal request. While the other guy makes the shake, he walks over to the side and starts talking to another female employee and she glances our way and they start laughing. Terrible customer service! Why would you take someone’s order and ring them out when you don’t even know what flavors you still have and then make the customer uncomfortable and feel like an inconvenience!

Some of the best scoops of ice cream I’ve ever seen for still regular price! As I am gluten-free and lactose free, my options are limited, but I was still able to have the pink champagne and the strawberry with other sorbet options and dairy free options available! My parents had normal flavors and they love them as well. Definitely hope to come back without the open one in the bay

We stopped here because we saw there were vegan options. There were two — a berry sorbet and a chocolate cookie dough. I got the cookie dough. It was really good! The prices were reasonable, especially considering the giant portion sizes. I got a small, and it was much more than expected! My partner, who was planning on having a medium, saw mine and quickly changed his mind for a small instead.
Service was friendly and helpful, and pretty fast.

Outstandingly good ice cream. 40 flavors of ice cream, 4 Sorbets, and 5 vegan flavors. Be careful, they serve a BIG cone! But absolutely delicious. So big I couldn’t take a picture without losing it. So I took one of a poster when I was done. We went to another one and the flavors differ from each store. The medium is 4 1/2 scoops in a waffle cone. Got pictures this time.

Wide range of delicious ice cream choices! You could sample ice cream here before, but they have now stopped doing that. I think that it was very helpful to try different flavors every time. There could be a line outside the store at times, but they are typically very quick to help customers get what they like.

The portions were big, but the taste was disappointing. The Orange Dream, Coffee flavors were extremely sweet and had a chemical taste. We are not coming back.
