I can honestly say that I had not eaten Pizza Hut in years. Was pleasantly surprised how great it was! Got the stuff crust meat lovers and cheese sticks. Staff and manager were very friendly. Highly recommend Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana.

Very angry with Pizza Hut in Columbus Indiana. I was passing through and staying at the hotel La Quinta with my family. Got in late and decided to order the ultimate hut bundle from pizza hut. Had trouble with the internet, so decided to call it in. It arrived much quicker then we expected(9:22pm), so that was nice, but our boneless chicken wings were missing. We paid in cash and gave a good tip to the driver for their speedyness. We didnt notice the wings were missing until after the driver left. I called the driver(9:24pm) and explained the problem. She said she would call the pizza hut and see what to do. At 9:37 i called the pizza hut because i hadnt heard back from either, very annoyed. My call went straight to automation and it said they were closed for the day! Even by 9:40, thats still 20 minutes BEFORE the website said they closed. So very unhelpful…so yah, i lost, cash, food, and patience. The pizza and breadsticks were good, but those wings were for a picky eater who doesnt like pizza, thanks alot columbus indiana pizza hut…

Worst experience ever they burnt my pizza and bread sticks and then refused to remake my sticks. Said that they knew that they were not burnt, and that she had been on the cutting table. They basically called me a liar. Both items tasted and smelled like ash, and were dark brown. Completely inedible. I had to bring the food in to get them replaced. They did replace them but the experience was terrible. That manager should be fired. That could been handled completely differently I don’t have a problem proving my claims.

I have mixed feelings about my recent delivery order. Delivery was on time, driver was nice. They did not skimp out on toppings which I really appreciate. Both pizzas ended up being ma huge bummer though because there is almost no sauce on either one. I think they knew they messed up because they even sent a side of BBQ sauce. I wish they would’ve sent tomato sauce too, because I can’t taste it at all.

6:10 PM on a Saturday evening,ordered pickup..
Large pepperoni,large sausage,personal pan cheese.
Got stuck in between cars in the drive through line.
It’s now 8:20 pm and I just got home with $40 worth of pizza.
I’ve seen a lot of bad service in the last few years but this one hands down beats them all.
The attached pics represent $40 worth of pizza.
Pay attention Pizza Hut because stores with service like I received this evening is precisely why Pizza Hut is failing.
Avoid this location,too many other choices to have to pay for garbage like that.

Ordered two, two topping medium pizzas. As you can see from the picture of my order. I called back and said hey you messed up my order. The woman assured me that she gave me the right pizzas which you can see is not correct in the pictures. She then told me once I refused her offer of coming back to the restaurant and having her remake the pizzas at 10pm when I’m already at home with the wrong pizzas, that she would put a TEN dollar credit on my account for 25$ worth of wrong pizza that was given to me.
I’m not going to go back to this Pizza Hut. Terrible. Awful.
6/15/21 UPDATE: And just so everyone knows. The comment that Pizza Hut left on here… never heard from them, they never called me, they never made it right. Probably just some automated system to put a “sorry we are terrible” every time someone leaves a bad review because it happens so often.

Just placed an order over the phone. Was quoted $10.99 per large 1 topping pizza. I was charged 13.99 per. I don’t remember what he said for the price of the wings, but it sure as heck wasn’t $21.49 which I was charged for. I paid over the phone. Then the delivery man shows up and tells me how much I owe before tip. I tried to call to make sure I wasn’t being double charged. No one picks up. I called the number again and pressed the number to make a new order and told that guy what happened. He told me he would connect me to the store. The call wasn’t answered. Also, I shouldn’t have had to pay that much for my food. Do not order Pizza Hut. Scam .

It wasn’t bad.. Service was fast. Pricing was lower than expected. The lunch menu makes absolutely no sense. Try to order a personal pizza and follow the menu items labeled 1,2,3,4. Well nothing in item #2 actually exists if you are ordering a lunch personal pan pizza. So fail on the menu. I tipped the server more than normal. It’s not her fault.
