Best food in Pahrump.
My wife, Monica, introduced me to this spot after she discovered it, and I’m glad she did. I was hesitant at first because I have allergies to lactose, and most fried foods usually contain it. To my surprise, their food is not only safe for me — it’s genuinely delicious.

The fish and chips came in generous portions, and the sidewinder fries were a fun surprise, crispy, hearty, and packed with plenty of potato. The Mac n Cheese Bites were tasty, though the cost makes them more of a one‑time treat for me.
