Im truly truly disappointed. I was so excited to finally have a boba shop in Knightdale. I really wanted to try the bingsu because it looked so good on the pictures advertised outside their shop and as I went to order the bingsu the cashier couldn’t even find it in the POS system. I think her supervisor came over and she didn’t understand what I was asking. I wanted to know what kind of bingsu flavors they had and she was talking about milk tea flavors. I feel like there was somewhat of a language barrier. BUT if you have it advertised outside of your store you should know what it is. I decided to get a matcha latte since they couldn’t understand what bingsu is. The matcha had 0 taste and was $9. Never coming back here again

This was our first time here a couple weeks ago. They have really good Boba!!!! The lady was so sweet and friendly!!! Just had an amazing experience!!! If you like Boba, definitely check them out!!!!

The drinks are very good. They taste amazing.
The place is exceptionally clean. We tried the strawberry milk, Thai tea and matcha .
*The brown sugar boba pearls were very chewy and just underwhelming . That was disappointing for myself and kids. I would recommend changing the recipe or if you order them .. order from another company… they taste like they came from a package purchased at the supermarket.
Overall, I would visit again because my only complaint is the actual boba .

I loved it here! The staff was wonderful very kind and helpful with there recommendations bc it was my first time there. The place was so clean! As soon as i walked I could practically see my reflection on the floor!

Boba in Knightdale!!!! Finally!!!!!! Don’t let the Karens of Knightdale stop you from coming here. They have specialty Boba and classics. Kids got Boba and I got the Mangonada!!! Prices were good and much less than Budacai in Raleigh. Glad to have more diverse small businesses coming to Knightdale to support everyone!!!!
