Decided to go drive thru tonight to try the new steak bites, they were so good. Juicy, tender, delicious. We also got the white cheddar mac and cheese, delicious. We also picked up our usual faves, double beef n cheddar, potato cakes, everything was fresh and delicious, best fast food experience in months. Great food and great service. Thank you E. I’ve never been disappointed. I love Arby’s mozzarella Stix and a classic roast beef. My go-to when I eat out and want something quick. Tried the Chicken Bacon Swiss and the hubby had the Bacon Cheeseburger. Very satisfied customers!

I visited Arby’s before but this location store number #6492 10877 East Washington Street was very clean inside and out. I went in the store to get myself daughter and grandson’s lunch. I spent $33.13.Which was not bad for this economy. My cashier was a young man named Mr.Bobby and his manager Mr.Curtis I always say Mr. or Mrs there was a Female on the fries I didn’t get her name but she was just as friendly.The food was fresh and hot.The shake machine actually WORKED! I wasn’t dealing with attitudes nor paying for expensive cold food and watered down drinks.Not like other locations.I definitely would recommend this location.Thank you Arby’s this team right here you chose correct We even rang the bell.

I went to Arby’s on E. Washington & Franklin Rd. in Indianapolis at 7:40 on Saturday evening. A big sign in the window says that the Dining Room was open but IT WASN’T! It’s 91° with high humidity and my car’s air conditioning doesn’t work. I didn’t want to spend 5+ minutes in the drive thru in the heat, breathing exhaust from the other cars. With gas prices still above $4.50 a gallon, I usually avoid drive thru’s anyways. They should have put dining room hours in huge letters on their sign or put up a sign that is honest to their intentions: “DRIVE THRU ONLY!”, that way people don’t need to bother wasting their time parking and going to a locked door. I went to Taco Bell instead! I won’t visit this location again!

In the past I have always like the food and service at the east Washington street location. Tonight the service was not wanting me to hurry back. Order taker was pleasant, but service was extremely poor. After I paid for order I was asked to pull into a parking space and they would bring my order out. After 25 minutes it finally came out. One of the items I order was a chicken sandwich. To my surprise the sandwich had no chicken on it. A bun, lettuce, bacon, tomato and sauce. I won’t be going back any time soon.
