I had read about Le Cent 33 in a “best of” list of Bordeaux restaurants, and the staff did not disappoint! My wife and I opted for the four-course meal with wine pairings and it was sublime. Particularly good was the artichoke opening course and arctic char second course. My wife said the “honey & hay” dessert was one of the best she has had, and we’ve had a lot of great restaurant meals. The staff also deserves recognition. They were incredible friendly and welcoming. We especially liked the wine presentation (and found a new favorite Bordeaux red–Chateau Haut-Bergey). Lastly, the night we visited a two-piece jazz ensemble provided an extra dose of relaxed atmosphere, made even more special when the chef joined in! Highly recommended!

Wow—this was my favorite restaurant in Bordeaux! For a Michelin-star spot, it’s surprisingly affordable. The food was absolutely amazing, from the presentation to the flavors—everything was spot on. The service was excellent, and the ambiance made the experience even better. I 100% want to come back!

One of the best fine dining experience and meal I’ve had in Bordeaux.
From the starters made from egg yolk to even the salad with frozen cheese and herbal infused oil, or the mains with a play on coconut and crab, the innovation behind it, the taste and balance were just amazing. Dessert were exceptional too, savoury yet sweet, service was top notch and recommendations of wines were also done very well

Le Cent 33 in Bordeaux offers an exceptional dining experience. The cuisine is outstanding, with each dish showcasing meticulous preparation and exquisite flavors. The wine pairings are thoughtfully selected, complementing the menu beautifully. The service is attentive and professional, enhancing the overall experience. However, during my visit, I noticed that some staff members had noticeable body odor, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Addressing this issue would elevate the dining experience to match the high standards of the food and service.

What an unforgettable experience we had at Cent Trente Trois. Every dish showcased the freshest seasonal ingredients, with the spring salad and asparagus entrée standing out as particular highlights. The creativity of the kitchen truly impressed us, from the trompe l’œil orange amuse-bouche to the playful champagne sorbet with its subtle fizz, and the unexpected yet perfect pairing of peanut butter with asparagus.
Each course felt like a delightful surprise, and the thoughtfully curated wine pairing, plus a bold addition of sake, made the entire meal feel like a joyful culinary adventure. A heartfelt bravo to the inventive chef and the gracious, charming team of servers who clearly took pride in delivering such a memorable dining experience.

Great food and wine pairing. Service was friendly but rush effected a bit to quality of service still

I enjoyed a wonderful chef experience at cent 33 in Bordeaux. Chef Fabian prepares an amazing culinary experience. I chose the experience option with wine paring to completely enjoy the pairing of food. The langoustine was moist and a surprise dish. The octopus was sensational crisp and fried chewy and tasty. The scallops served with a broth that included caviar was unusually and tasty. The duck breast with the lavender crust and was done right send delicious. The wine accompaniment was necessary for the full experience. I was only in Bordeau for two nights and wanted to experience a Michelin inspired restaurant. The fois gras was parented in an orance shape. The staff especially Lukas was informative and the wine connoisseur was helpful in describing the tasting notes and choice of wines. At the end the coffee liquor was created in house with special Ingredients and a great ending to the neal. I was fully satisfied . I hope you enjoy it as much as I did 🙂

Incredible dining experience! We loved all of our courses and did the wine pairing as well. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and talked to us between each course. The chef even came out at the end & chatted with us! Highly recommend if you love fine dining experiences.

The 4 course menu experience was quite remarkable: jamon croquettes, green beans with delicious foam and green ice-cream from basil; 48h marinated cod rich filet grilled on Japanese grill, with very tasty mushroom sauce; deer filet with two types of beetroot and gel from beetroot as well; desert – ice-cream with crusty meringue and strawberries. The wine list was too expensive and they were out of cheaper option we wanted to order. Sommelier was quite pushy and a bit not polite enough (inappropriate laugh after almost every phrase). Water service is also quite strange as they charge 10 euro per small bottle of still water which taste nothing special, like filtered tap water.
I would really come back there again because of the food experience but all the rest to be improved.
