Contemporary sushi restaurant in the heart of Old Town Keller. Established in 2022. Hush is locally owned and operated by chef Tommy Zheng and wife Donny Wu. With more than 20 years of restaurant and bar experience between them, Hush presents an “east meets west” cuisine concept that is unique and fresh. Hush is a modern Japanese restaurant with signature cocktails, wine, sake, and an enviable selection of whiskeys, bourbons and tequilas. Fresh fish is flown in weekly to supply the best in sushi, nigiri and sashimi for our customers. Come sample our unique restaurant and all it has to offer.

We’ve been to Hush about 4 or 5 times now. The food is good every time! Pictured you see the Pineapple Express (with the chili oil on top), and the Spicy Girl roll (with the tempura on top). Both were delicious, but the Pineapple Express was definitely my favorite.
We had Mallory tonight, and she did a great job.
My one big complaint about this restaurant is that it is SO COLD inside the restaurant. If you get cold, bring a jacket!
Overall great quality food. Enjoy!

We used to love coming here to eat, but the recent price jumps are hard to ignore. Classic rolls have gone up about $3 each, and specialty rolls climbed even more — Shi So Tuna went from about $22 to $36, Tsunami from around $16 to $26, and Crazy Ami from about $17 to $22. The food is still good, but the value just isn’t there for us anymore. At least the miso soup is still $5. Unfortunately we’ll be looking for a new regular spot

Came here after work for dinner. It was happy hour for drinks and appetizers. Food and drinks were delicious! Great vibe! Only complaint was our waiter told us about the happy hour but failed to give us that discount on our appetizer when he gave us our tab. So make sure to check before paying!!!!

I’ve been to a few upscale sushi spots and Hush is by far my favorite. We went during the Dallaska storm 2026 for our anniversary and it was worth the drive.
Their soft shell crab roll is to die for. Quite literally the best sushi roll I’ve ever had. Their oysters were fantastic and fresh. I love how they pre-season their oysters with the cocktail sauce, horseradish, and scallions. Perfectly balanced taste. Our son loved the kids chicken teriyaki meal.
Only knock is I think their wine by the glass is overpriced. Most of their wine by the glass is stuff you can by at a supermarket, for the entire bottle.

I wish I had a picture of the food, but we literally inhaled it. All of the rolls we ordered were exquisite fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding and the aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful. Definitely stop here for happy hour!

Really nice sushi spot with great food. Tried a little bit of everything, and they did not disappoint. Gyoza was on point and the A5 Wagyu appetizer was phenomenal. Next I tried some of the seasonal nigiri, my favorite was the madai. Also tried a couple rolls which were the Hamachi Yuzu roll and Market Tuna, both were great. Overall loved the atmosphere and extensive dining area, as well as their very extensive menu options. Lots of creative names. And to top it all off the bartender Vanessa was extremely helpful with the menu. Not only was she hilarious, but she provided top notch service. Ill definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible experience! The sushi was fresh, and full of flavor! Easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the service. Eric took such great care of us from start to finish. He was attentive without being overbearing and made fantastic recommendations. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience! We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Eric every time!

This place is a bit pricey, but for good reason. The quality of the sushi is phenomenal. Tara, my bartender, provided the best service and was super sweet. Definitely coming back! Next time I’m ordering some oysters!
