With nearly 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Tipjutha has done an excellent job as the Executive Chef Norbert Kostner in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and establishment of her career. It’s time to start her new kitchenette journey in Seattle. “Cashew Thai Cuisine” is established from the warmest love and enriched of the family’s profound story. Her family started a cashew farm since she was a kid. They put love and care in every step from the seed selection to the harvest until delivered into the customers’ hands. Chef Tipjutha had a deep connection with the cashew to her family from generation to generation and would like to express her special bond of love through her talents by creating the foods with the cashew.

I ate lunch here today based on the reviews and must say that both, service and food were very good. The service was attentive and quick and the ordered food (Cashew Tofu) came quickly. The ingredients had flavor, the presentation was nice and the portion quite large. Overall, I’d come back here for more.

Great experience, great location, great food. I got the seafood pad Thai and it was overall really good, the combination of different meats with their different flavors and textures really added to the dish. Overall one of the better pad Thai dishes I’ve had. It’s only shortfall was the flavor of the actual pad Thai was a little weak. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and have enough time for a sit down restaurant.

We visited this Thai restaurant for the first time and were very pleased! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive. The dishes come out quickly and the portions are generous. I especially enjoyed the Pad Thai — authentic flavor, lots of fresh vegetables, and very tender chicken.
A lovely bonus is the beautiful view of the Space Needle right from the window, which makes the dinner feel even more special. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here for comfort food after the TWICE concert, and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and truly hit the spot, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’m already planning to come back this Saturday night for the tom leud moo. Highly recommend!

The staff are super friendly, and it really feels like having a meal at a friend’s house, with their mom cooking for you. So warm and welcoming. Many amazing things to say about this place! For starters, this is one of the better Thai restaurants in the Queen Anne area. You can just tell with the quality of the flavor and presentation that a lot of care has been put into the meals here.
I ordered the Cashew Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. The blend of pineapple sweetness with the savory flavor of the cashews and chicken was amazing! The amount of food I got for the price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and timely. The atmosphere of the inside of the restaurant was very comfy. With all that being said, if anyone is going to be around the Science Center and needs some really good Thai food, Cashew Thai Cuisine is the place to be!

I had the cashew chicken and the spring rolls, and both were amazing. The cashew chicken was full of flavor with a perfect balance of spice and crunch, while the spring rolls were crispy, fresh, and delicious. Everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for great Thai food.

I ordered the chicken katsu curry bc it said gluten free. Turns out they can’t make the katsu gf so it’s just curry with plain chicken. Take the gluten free part off this item it’s false advertisement. I wouldn’t have ordered this had I known.
