As several other reviews said, I also had to wait a total of almost an hour from confirmation to carry out. The one plus: the food was hot. I can’t say much else positive about it. I ordered sesame beef and got chicken. I ordered extra spicy for mine and my husband’s dishes, neither had even a regular amount of spice. The pork fried rice didn’t have any pork in it. The broccoli was mushy and I couldn’t eat it. The egg rolls were greasy, like the oil wasn’t hot enough and had a bad taste of old oil. Honestly, I didn’t have much of an appetite after waiting an additional 15 minutes in the restaurant. It’s dirty and run down, and the plastic curtain between the front and kitchen is weird, falling apart and filthy. I kept thinking that if this is what they show the public, what’s it like in back? Gross. I won’t be back.

Food is still good. However, the wait times seem to be getting longer every time I order. Because of the extended waits, I decided to show up 45 min after placing the order instead of the recommended 30. They said 10 more minutes and they took 20 more. Total 65 minutes from order confirmation to food. I’m not sure if they actually start making your online order until you arrive to avoid no-shows. It should not take 65 min on a Tuesday.

Great place to eat with friends. Limited seating available but good food. I tend to get the food to go unless with people. The website works. Barriers in communication at times, please be patient.

Printed menu is inaccurate! We’ve been here several times and it has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. But we ordered something new off the menu this past time and it wasn’t even as described on the menu and the person on the phone could not describe the sauce when I asked before ordering it.

We ordered the Seafood Delight which states it’s in a white sauce. It is NOT white, it’s a spicy brown sauce. The menu states it has jumbo shrimp. IT DOES NOT. The shrimp were the smallest size above salad shrimp I believe. The scallops were maybe tip of pinky size. There were many veggies, which included broccoli which I am allergic to but it’s not listed on the menu description. I also cannot eat spicy items as I have a medical condition that prohibits it. I paid $14 for an item I can’t eat and is not as described on the menu.

I will say that the beef lo mein has been consistently good and we usually order the house fried rice and sesame chicken but wanted to try something different. Those are also good on average. We also decided to try the sugar donuts and they were over fried to the point of almost being a brown you definitely can’t eat. They had an off taste. I’m not sure if their oil is dirty, they were just left in too long, the oil was too hot, or some combination.

We won’t be going back here for a while mainly because of the issues with the seafood entree. If you can’t trust a menu to be accurate and the person on the phone can’t describe simple things about it, there’s a problem. A dish served to someone with allergies/medical conditions that could severely harm them is unconscionable.

They DO have Chinese Donuts and they are FABULOUS!! They weren’t on the online menu but I last time I ordered online I included a request “for a large order of Chinese Donuts if available” and guess what I found in my bag when I got home?! A LARGE ORDER OF DELICIOUS CHINESE DONUTS!! Thank you Five Stars for making my day! The rest of the food was good too Take-out recommended however, inside dining atmosphere is questionable….but the donuts

Quick service with a short wait on takeout. Ordered General Tso’s Chicken and Beef with Mixed Vegetables, along with the cheese wontons. The food was decent, nothing to write home about. Giving 3 stars because the rice we received was reheated old rice.

This restaurant has increasingly become dirtier and the quality of the food down. We have been eating here on and off for about 10 years in the beginning it was pretty good. The last several times the food has been pretty bad. Last night I asked my husband if you wanted me to say what was left over and he said throw it away. One entrée we won’t even eat tasted like the grease was old. I gave the dog a little, and he threw up Anyhow we will not be going back there. Wish Prescott would get a decent Chinese place. Very dirty.

Food was very okay. The restaurant itself was very oddly set up, dirty, and falling apart. Dead bugs on the floor, dust hanging from the vents. Plastic cutlery and styrofoam plates. It was frankly a bit depressing. The workers were very nice and the portions were good. The food itself was typical American Chinese fare.

Always loved their food! My favorite in the area for years. Vegan and Vegetarian options too! Szechuan tofu & orange chicken is amazing
Almost always 10-15 min wait unless busy

The new staff are extremely friendly and make very good food! All of the dishes, especially chow mein have a much nicer sauce and oil, you can tell that the chef puts his heart into the food! I definitely recommend this place
