I placed my order through the app. I went to go pick it up at curbside as I normally do on my lunches at work. I arrived and selected my curbside number at 6:30 pm. I hadn’t gotten my food until 7:00 pm. My macchiato was mixed incorrectly, my food wasn’t fresh. I normally go here since it’s in the town I work in and it’s SUPPOSED to be a fast food restaurant. I understand that it gets busy, especially on a Friday evening, but 30 minutes is way too long of a wait for a $10 meal. By the time I got back to work, I couldn’t eat my food even if I wanted to because I had to clock back in. Don’t waste your time going here, it isn’t worth it. I won’t be coming back.

Whenever I go here, I remember why I never go here. Ordered through the app. Drove past a huge line at the drive thru when going to curbside spot. While waiting for around 30 minutes for my order, I witnessed 4 people from the drive thru be pulled into spots to wait. No food left the restaurant for at least the first 20 minutes I was there.
I could have went through the Culvers drive thru at least 4 times completely in the time it took my order ahead through the app to come to me. Which was of course lukewarm when it finally arrived. Just shut the place down. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered online waited in the spot for a half hour while the drive thru kept moving. Had to go in to get my money back because I had to get back to work. While inside there was my order sitting there. Was offered my order after getting my money back. Couldn’t take it. I had to get back.

Update: Had a couple of times where order was very small and the wait was extremely long when not many people were there. Actually had to go in and wait more and bag i observed when first inside was my bag the whole wait inside. Nothing was added it was ready the whole time. But also had them fix another size mistake a month or so later and they kept promise and gave correct size frappe free of charge. As long as mistakes are corrected I won’t give rating lower than 4.

me and my husband went through the drive through. the person who took our order asked what we wanted. we said we needed a little more time & durning that time they kept their headset on and we could hear everything they were saying. when we told them we are ready to order, we had to wait 2 minutes for them to respond. When we placed our order we asked for 2 large drinks & when we got to the window the person gave a medium drink instead of a large. He then realized the mistake. He made an gave us a large. I feel we should have gotten the drink free because he messed up. i have never experienced this bad of customer servicei have never experienced this bad of customer service.

I went to McDonald’s excited to try the Grinch Meal, but when I went to order it, I was told they didn’t have it. If it’s being advertised, it should actually be available—this feels like false advertising. Really disappointing experience, especially since I was looking forward to it. McDonald’s should make sure that what they promote they actually sell it.
