Ordered using online app. Order would not go through. Called the location. Employee confused about pricing and quoted a price 60% higher for same pizzas. Corrected that. The guy seemed new which I understood. Pizza arrived, left on front porch without ringing doorbell. Dog alerted me. Pizza was thin crust and custom ordered. Completely inedible. Hardly any ingredients. Tomato sauce 2mm thick. Whole thing hard as a rock. I’m easy to please, but this should have been caught by someone. A week or so later we ordered Domino’s. Excellent by every measure. You guys need to tighten it up. If Dominos can do it, you can too

Cheese bread had no cheese on most pieces & the girl up front wanted to charge me for extra peppers for the pizza and wanted to charge extra for extra marinara sauce. I refuse to believe that y’all think one sauce and one pepper is enough. She was also dismissive to the couple that came in before me. Poor customer service.

Our experience with this location was good. We ordered online using the app and they delivered it to our room in less than 30 minutes. The delivery guy was also very friendly. The pizza was actually very good. Fresh and delicious.

I’m not sure how an order can be completely missed, but unfortunately, that’s what happened. I arrived expecting my pizza, only to be told it would be ready in a few minutes. I left to run an errand at Target, returned at least 15 minutes later, and found out my pizza still hadn’t been made. As it turns out, it was simply forgotten.
What was most disappointing is that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I struggle to understand the lack of customer service in this situation. As a result, I canceled my order and will not be returning.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Do NOT go to this location!!! I ordered over an hour ago through Uber Eats. I watched as 5 drivers went to pick our food. One driver finally told me they don’t have our food and they’re not making it. When I called, the young girl said an Uber Driver probably stole our food but it’s now too late for her to make our food. She said they’re going to close in 10 minutes and she has too much work to do to close!!!! Customer service is non existent!!! I will NEVER use this place again!!! We are without dinner now.

Worst service I’ve ever had at Papa John’s. I ordered a 16″ XL pizza, and the short lady managing the store took my order. Instead of the XL, she gave me a small, pitifully large pizza and even forgot one of the toppings I paid for. When I went back to address it, she flat-out denied everything and was unbelievably rude. This place has the worst management—do yourself a favor and stay far away.

This PJ is sub-par. Have had 2 negative experiences in a row. Scheduled an order in advance for delivery. Delivery was nearly an hour late for the party. Location didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

I typically don’t give a bad review so this is a first.
I ordered 1 pizza, garlic stuffed crust, extra cheese and a few toppings, with a few cups of zesty sauce. Nothing crazy.
Our delivery guy shows up and rings the doorbell on our ring camera. As my woman watcher the ring, he huffs and rolls his eyes after 8 seconds of waiting. Then I open the door, gave him his tip “which now I regret” and he leaves. Then upon opening the box, it just has a regular amount of cheese, barley any toppings, and there’s non of the sauces I payed extra for, this order was over $50. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
Only good thing is that the pizza was at least hot.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an order at 11am for delivery at 1pm. By 2pm, still no pizza. The person who answered the phone was uninformed, rude and unhelpful. Apparently some sort of error due their not having any drivers. The attitude is very much “it is what it is, take it or leave it”. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
