Destiny is an amazing server. I’ve been serving as a waitress for 25 years and I have never had a waitress as sweet and good as she has been. She definitely needs to be recognized. I’ve had a rough past few weeks and she really turned everything around for me. I’m so glad we decided to come in and eat at the buffet.

We ordered takeout. We got one plain cheese and one pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were okay but the one with pepperoni on it, needed more cheese on it.

First time eating inside of a pizza hut in awhile. The service was fast and friendly. The salad bar was $5 for all you can eat and it was fully stocked. The pizza and cheese sticks were fresh & delicious. Just wishing they had a pizza buffet!

Pictures from a year ago. Updated review as of 11/5/24. The young lady working here has been every time I come in. We ordered the special one topping pizza. Ordered ground beef as a topping. It came out looked great. We realized that it didn’t have the pizza red sauce on it. We didn’t complain we just ate it. It was bland in taste. The crust was good. I noticed the ceiling tiles have wet spots and it looks like mold growing. That concerned me for the employees especially but customers with allergies should be ware. Last year I have pictures and the ceiling didn’t look that way. I just wish for this Pizza Hut too succeed. I love pizza hut. Every time I come to Cherokee I eat here. There is so little offered around the Casino. So please Pizza Hut GM go visit this location. It could be a gold mind if ran properly.

We came into Cherokee to spend the day and shop. We ended up at Pizza Hut so we could sit down and eat thinking it would be a quick place to grab some food. Here’s the pro’s + con’s.
Pro’s ->
-It’s a nice restaurant on the inside, for the most part.
-The breadsticks were great.
-Pizza was good – However, we had to finish cutting it at the table since it wasn’t cut through all the way.
Con’s ->
– The service is lacking to say the least. The waitresses are nice, but not efficient and really lack in the customer service department. It took about 2 – 3 minutes to be sat and then at least 5+ minutes before our order was taken. Just for clarity, there was only ONE other table in the building. It shouldn’t take over an hour to receive our food + eat with only one other table in the building.
-All drinks come in bottles, so no free refills unless you get tea / water. Our waitress was kind enough to bring ice so we can transfer the drink over.
-The bathroom SMELLS HORRIBLE.
-It takes FOREVER to receive your food. As someone who has worked in a pizza place, it shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to receive your pizza. Sadly, our waitress forgot to put in the food for the table behind us who arrived way before us. We were done eating by the time their food came out.
Overall, I wouldn’t go here for exceptional service + food. I have no idea how this place is even still open. We ate here 10+ years ago and it wasn’t the best experience then. We gave it another shot hoping it would changed our mind….but we left saying -> We will never go there again.

Very hostile cook, ordered online, did not have pizza ready, took forever to get it ready, driver cancelled delivery. I was nearby called to make sure pizza was ready and was informed it was. I told the guy I was on my way and that I’ll arrive within a minute to pick up. Arrived and I’m told to wait for it, I inform that I was told it was ready and cook comes out saying I’m waisting his time and that he’s hostile. By now it’s been an hour and I’m very hungry I ask for wings and to cancel pizza he says wings are not ready. I said I didn’t mind old order. No luck requested cancellation and now I see different driver on their way to pick up order.

Absolutely delicious and there’s nothing I can say except excellent service from the young man who was our server. The place was fixed up nice and clean. See my pics. Make sure you tip your server because this is their wages! Will return when in Beautiful Cherokee.

Tried to relive my childhood dreams of dining in at Pizza Hut like it was 1998, but guess what? Dine-in is closed. That’s right — no red plastic cups, no checkerboard tablecloths, no salad bar where every item somehow tasted like ranch.
I didn’t want takeout, I wanted an experience. I wanted to sit in a dimly lit booth under that stained-glass pizza lamp, pretending it was fine dining while I ate greasy pan pizza with my whole soul. I wanted to hear that familiar clink of the metal pan as it hit the table like it was presenting the Holy Grail.
Now? I have to eat in my car like a sad raccoon.
Bring back the old-school Pizza Hut. I miss when pizza came with ambiance, not just a receipt stapled to the box.
