Weather was bad so not busy. But, service was nice and polite. Don’t live far from here but still food was prepared professionally and was still hot when we sat down to eat. Best fries of any fast food chain, in my opinion. Never had a bad traditional chicken sandwich and is usually my go to. Highly recommend this place.

There was a METAL SCREW in my son’s chicken and rice bowl!! Thank goodness I had decided to eat the last little bit so that I was the one who bit into the screw and caught it in between my molars before swallowing it!! This could have gone very badly! The worst part was I called twice to discuss with the manager first as I work for corporate for a National franchise. I was put on hold and hung up on. I called back and said I still need the manager as it’s urgent and I told the girl what it was about. She said he didn’t have time to talk to me. I sent my husband up there with my receipt and the screw I’d spit back in the bowl. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. He then refunded him $7.62 for just the bowl vs the $34 order, and that was not even the cost of the bowl as we had done the $3 upgrade for double meat! This was a slap in the face after something so dangerous and negligent and to show zero empathy or concern for their lack of caution prepping food is unacceptable. We could’ve ended up in the ER tonight praying we could stop the damage and remove a SCREW, yet we were blown off completely with zero accountability! This place needs to be reviewed by DHEC. I also have my receipt photos and would like to be contacted by the franchisee ASAP. Thank you.

This happens to be the cleanest bojangles I have been to eat at.the employees were absolutely nice as can be.amd my food was hot when I got it plus the guy went out of his way to may sure I got a thin piece of chicken on my biscuit when I asked him to.it was fresh cooked.ill be back.might have to travel 30miles but so well worth the travel

Platter was terrible, eggs and bo rounds were a greasy mess. Was not edible. Bo rounds were so greasy they were flimsy. Lady at register was very nice.

Chaotic this morning at breakfast. Parking lot full of customers from drive thru waiting for orders. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. The person that brought it out wanted to argue about it. Food was ok, but will probably take a break from this place until they get better employees.

The food tasted fine, but who charges for “extra sauce” it wasn’t even extra. It was with my meal. But they’re quick to say $.053 per sauce. Like what? Is sauce not included anymore?! Oh, also they gave me fries instead of bo rounds and no straws for our drinks. ♂️

The Chicken they are serving is old and has sat beyond the expiration time and not discarded. They will not answer the phone when you call and have an attitude when they do when you the consumer are the ones that pay their check to them.
