Took a chance on this Burger King. It was very much worth it! Saturday night they were a little busy. Usually Burger King sucks. We were hungry so willing to take a chance. Employees were great! Food was fresh and fast! Couldn’t have done better. No long wait either! They have it all worked out and doing a great job! Take the chance on this store!

I stop in this store quite often and the food is always good. My issue is why do they even have a lobby and seating area if no one acknowledges you’re even there to order. This happens every time I’m there. Today I didn’t ever order and walked out after standing there nearly 10 mins and not being acknowledged, while I see 6/7 vehicles go through the drive through order and received their food while I haven’t even been asked if I have been helped. Seems like a numbers game or something to keeps times down on drive though or beating other stores numbers while completely forgetting about any and every customer inside the store. If I could fit my work truck through the drive though I would, but I can’t. So more than likely I won’t be wasting time there anymore. Been in the Manhattan store as well and it’s the same. That’s why it seems like a numbers game to BK between stores or something, completely forgetting customers inside are just as important as drive through customers.

I bought a Jr Whopper meal at 9:30am. The burger was great but the fries were like they’d been sitting there too long and had many onion rings mixed in. Did not order onion rings. Customer service was really good though. The lobby was mostly clean but I could tell not a lot of attention was paid to wiping down some of the tables/seats.

Slow, waited for food and wasn’t busy, yet could have been making fresh due to slower time in day possibly from their norm. However wasn’t issue as food wasn’t hardly warm would have been hot and bun was so burnt that couldn’t eat it anyways. Made sick with heartburn after taking first couple bites to discover it was burnt to that degree. Let down this is usually a fav. Spot don’t get to go out much due to treat basis, major disappointment. Hopefully redeemed in future visits to come

Stopped here with my family while on a road trip. Food was nice and fresh (unlike in my area lmao) and the service was amazing. Candice helped us and made us feel welcome, she’s great just like the food.

Drive through very slow. It shouldn’t matter what time of day. Cashier was nice, treated well. I think she was waiting on the kitchen, or she was having to expedite her own orders. When you wait on food for longer than reasonable, you do expect it to be fresh. It missed the mark. Obvious it wasn’t just made, or old stuff was made into a new sandwich. I was giving them the benefit of a doubt because fast food these days are struggling.

After working over night, popped in for what is normally our “goto” breakfast. First time at this location, ordered using the app from the parking lot, walked inside and got our food, they had about 15 to 20 breakfast sandwiches already pre made and ours were part of it. They were not the super hot and fresh as most other bks are. These did not taste that great because of that fact. The hash rounds, tried one and the rest went straight to the trash. If you want hot and fresh, I would have to say avoid this bk or custom order so they have no choice but to make it.
