Ordered a single, no cheese, no mayo and no salt. Got a double with hint of lettuce. Took it back and they said they would remake. I let them know it was only a single and they remade still like a shred of lettuce. Do they think we order food just to be spending money or that we order food for nourishment? Obviously not for nourishment.

The food is always good, hardly have any mistakes but thats normal. The workers are usually nice and polite but the big back red head at the window is ALWAYS rude no matter what time of day or what you order. Like I the customer am an inconvenience for her. People like that shouldn’t work in any service atmosphere.

It’s definitely hard to find a fast food spot in this area with consistently good reviews and great customer service, but this Wendy’s stands out. The staff here is always friendly and efficient, making sure orders are accurate and served quickly. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the food is always fresh—never cold or stale like some other locations. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or dining in, this Wendy’s goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Definitely one of the best in the area!

Ordered 5 plain Chicken sandwiches in drive through. After 20 minutes of line purgatory we spent another 5 minutes at the window waiting on a single sandwich. After we received our bag, the requested sauces where nowhere to be found. I again requested sauce and was met with a blank stare followed by unwarranted attitude. As we pull out, we are greeted in the bag with cold food that wasn’t even made to our order specification. Instead of plain sandwiches we were graced with globs of what i can only assume is supposed to be mayonnaise and lettuce so low quality I wouldn’t even wipe my hind end with it. This is a failure of a franchise in every sense of the word.
