If I could l give it less than one star I would. I placed an order a head of time and have come in multiple times. They either take too long for the simplest item and they mess it up all of the time. There’s zero hospitality at this place and they’ve even given my order to another customer and still proceeded to make the wrong item. This location is trash

I wish they cared more about making orders correctly than chatting or the presentation of the store. Don’t get me wrong presentation is important but if you can’t make an order correctly you won’t have a customer base to present to.
Every time I order from this location my coffee is made incorrectly. It’s absolutely the worst when you get excited for your coffee made with your favorite syrup ordered exactly how you always do and it be wrong. It is wasted money every time at this location for sure.

Drive thru menu was broken, ordered ice coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. My sandwich had no sausage and my iced coffee was all ice.

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru between the speaker and window to give them my order 4 times. Then after I paid told me they didn’t have items in my order and couldn’t give me a refund because they dont know how to so I was offered other things on the menu. I didn’t want anything else so they said they will have a supervisor call me and I haven’t heard anything. So if you’re interested in just handing over your money for free stop by this location

This is it for me- coffee has gone down the drain!!! Last three cups of coffee purchased contained coffee powder—-I always transfer my coffee to a thermal so it’s always noticeable- will not return to this location!!!

Incredibly rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a moment to check out the menu – I had never been to Dunkin donuts before. They didn’t give me 30 seconds before asking if I was ready multiple times. It’s not like I was taking a long time. What took me longer, is when they purposely made the menu screen blink on/off.
I have industry experience, so I have zero tolerance for rudeness.
I hope every time yall sit on the toilet it’s ice-cold, and you run out of toilet tissue.

I came through the drive thru on my way to work to grab a croissant sandwich before work with hash brown’s. My sandwich bwas over cooked … burnt brown my hash browns were undercooked and mushy. Broke off in my hands. I called the store when I left to tell them. I was told they could remake it, biy I had no time to go back as I would be late for work. They told me to reach to come back early the next day to speak to a manager. However, I love 25 likes away and only stop by in the afternoon for work. So I called the other day the girl told me she couldn’t remake my food if I didn’t have a receipt. I explained to her my experience and she told me she would not remake my order. I had pictures. She still refused. I asked her for her name and the manager name she said she could not give it to me. The food here is always undercooked. This may not be the case for everyone but it has been my experience at this location. Thank you.#itasca53&

They make frozen coffees wrong at this location, and they don’t verify what you ordered. They just say ok pull around, then give you the wrong stuff. The screen doesn’t ever show what you’re ordering. Idk what they’re doing in there.
