I wish I knew how Mexican restaurants always bring orders to the table so darn quickly! (I would do nefarious things for this secret.) My two tacos (pork belly, carnitas) were sublime. The cheese sauce on my MIL’s enchilada was a bit too thick, making it difficult for her to cut. A bit too much cheese on my husband’s mushroom quesadilla as well, but the flavors were delicious. Good chips and salsa, too. Service was friendly and attentive. A great addition to New Town.

I thought for sure due to the area it would be over priced and over hyped. After sitting down and ordering the table side guac I was sold. We got a muscly armed guy to come to the table and work magic on those avocados. Super delicious. The rest of the food was awesome too! Their menu is large and colorful, so if you are easily distracted let your significant other help you out. Or your parent.
Looking back at my torta I know it looks a little smushed, but that’s because it has meat packed in there, lots of meat… And veggies too!

We were blown away. We loved everything we had. The Burro Special was our favorite- steak, chicken, and mushrooms wonderfully prepared, in a tortilla, and served with queso. We had the Margarita flight, and we were able to switch out one of the flavors. The staff were attentive and wonderful. Highly recommended.

The best Mexican food we have had in Williamsburg and we have tried a lot of restaurants. When the fajitas came out, my husband immediately grabbed a bite off of my plate. Everything was amazing. The smell when you walked in immediately let you know the food was going to be good. The restaurant was packed, but the food came out in a timely manner and the staff was very attentive. Definitely plan on going back.

Came in twice in February 2026, tried the chicken fajitas, Mahi Mahi tacos, and steak tortas. It was busy, which let’s you know they’re probably doing something right, and when the food gets to your table, you’ll know it. The sear on the fajitas was perfect, and the aroma as it comes to you sizzling on a cast iron platter will cause involuntary salivation. You can tell by the texture and flavor that their ingredients are fresh and never frozen. The tacos were pretty good, but when I took some of the guacamole from my fajitas platter and put it on the tacos, it was to die for. The steak tortas was bursting with flavor, and the thin freshly sliced avocados on the sandwich was just enough to temper the heat from the jalapeños. While the tortas sits a bit heavier than the other options, it didn’t leave you with that sensation of regret that you feel when you get heavier/greasy offerings at other Mexican restaurants. If you are in Williamsburg and want Mexican cuisine, this is the place to go.

We went here on Valentine’s Day and were so impressed! Despite being busy, we are able to get seated quickly, and service was super quick and friendly. Food was delicious too, with so many options that some other local Mexican restaurants don’t offer. We will definitely be back!
