I live less than two miles away and have to drive all the way to Huebner Oaks location (which is awesome by the way) because the Vance Jackson location is so bad for so many reasons. The food is never fresh. The employees look miserable. Portions are not consistent with the other locations. This may be the worst Panda Express location in San Antonio due to quality of food and customer service. I stopped going here completely. If you opt to go to this location I hope you have better luck than I did!

The staff as well as the GM always make me feel uncomfortable when I go. They always give stares. I find it weird that the bald manager does it being in his position. It doesn’t feel welcoming or like a comfortable environment to have our food here to eat because of that. Therefore we tend to always take it to go. The portions are decent when u take it Togo as well. The problem they also have is that they don’t prep enough for dinner or lunch rush. U always get the bottom of the pan scraps or have to wait n see if they’ll cook more. On this visit they gave me old pale looking broccoli, dried up shrimp, and rangoons that were not even separated in the fryer they were all stuck to each other with the inside ingredients in it falling out. Don’t like this location but their advantage is their the only one near my house

The to go container is much smaller than it used to be. OK food is more expensive. The problem with this location, is that compared to all the other panda expresses I’ve been to this one is the worst. The food was horrible. I am so disappointed. I bought a meal for myself and a meal for my mother. she didn’t like her food either and it wastotally different from what I endured. The food was overdone and the spices were off. I have been to the store at least five times before and it was wonderful. I hate that the food was bad because the employees were all adorable. SHM.

I ordered a family meal plus a 2entree plate from Panda Express at the Vance Jackson location. Then picked up my order and went home hoping everything was correct. When I checked everything at home, I notice only one thing was missing. The teriyaki chicken! Not a big deal, but just want what i ordered. So my gf goes back for me and tells them that we were just missing 1 item. Then the Manager asked for the receipt, looks at it and says,”yeah, I put it in there.” But it wasnt in there. Little did he know we took pics. So after him denying that we were missing anything 3 times. He finally gave her the portion. Not saying sorry for the mistake or anything. That’s just poor customer assistance. Something that should’ve been easy to handle, he just made it difficult. I mean does anyone wanna go back anywhere when something is missing. No. And when we do, I know no one wants to argue about it. Smh. He handle this poorly!
