We walked in, sat down, looked through the menu, and quickly realized the prices were higher than other restaurants we’ve been to. Because of that, we decided to leave before ordering. The place seemed fine otherwise, but the pricing just didn’t match what we were expecting.

Food quality was decent . Veg samosa felt fresh . Only thing is , I didn’t find the authentic flavors that I generally would expect from Indian subcontinent restaurant . Also, felt bit pricey for the ambiance.

Noorani Restaurant in Garden Grove is absolutely the best place for traditional Pakistani/Indian cuisine in Southern California, bar none. I’ve tried Goat Karahi at countless places, but none of them can match the depth of flavor and perfection of Noorani’s. It is truly exceptional.
Beyond the Karahi, their Goat Biryani is also unparalleled in taste—a must-try dish if you visit.
The service is also fantastic. The gentleman at the front counter, Haider, is consistently professional, efficient, and ensures a great customer experience. Highly recommend this spot!

On may 9th the wife took me to have Indian food for the first time. Let me tell you all. It was deliciously amazing! It’s making my mouth water just thinking about about it and reviewing which photos to post, I hope you enjoy them.

The nature of the restaurant is still new and looks like a mixture to reach a high to middle class standards, but have lunch buffets at 12 to 3. which makes it a place for lower income. The place is still new and is unknown to the community because of the lack of introduction to the community and the lack of presence in this time. The way to get to the community is self introduction. For example, it is the fire station near the location where they can self introduce and gain word of mouth and maybe a regular customer.

The food is terrific and has the spice kick for the adventurer to the heat. As to the specials for people who can’t eat the spice, they have other sorts that make it good to eat without the sweats. The chicken is good with the meat that is hard to produce by the between of soft and tough to eat to the bone. The food is good and has a marvelous taste that I am willing to come back.

The service good, but in a bias a bit because they are watching me type a bit at the table. Which from another customer’s point of view to be lacking on giving a help to beginners that never try to food. If u know the food well, then u are ok to order, but beginners are lot in the community the most of the community is near the Asian Garden Mall and the vietnames to chineses areas. The service is great for the experienced eaters. But lacking that if u are a beginner or first-timers.

Pros: Great food that can make u come back for more and have the services that can be great.

Cons: The mixture of the inside the restaurant is confused to be a mixture to want to be high,class,middle-class, or buffet style that can be an undetermined to what customers that they want to bring in. As well as a placement in a community that is mostly beginners in the food culture.

The serve a buffet on Sunday which was very sumptuous and delicious. Friendly staff who were happy to serve and made us feel welcome.
Would definitely recommend non-vegetarian to visit. They do have a good number of vegetarian options on the buffet too. The desserts and mango drink were nice.

I’ve been dining at this restaurant for many years; sporadically several times a year. My last two visits have been horrible. The dishes used to be delicious, robust, authentic. This restaurant isn’t inexpensive; menu has main entre priced in the $14-$20 per dish, regardless of the category. The prices would be great if the dishes justified the cost. To add insult to injury (bad dishes), Noorani Pakistani restaurant automatically adds a ‘20% tip’ onto the bill. Ridiculous. I’m posting this bad experience at this establishment to alert patrons of the quality of the food there.

The Pakistani cuisine was exceptional, and the service was outstanding; however, the lack of air conditioning created an uncomfortably warm dining environment. An immediate upgrade is required, especially in anticipation of the upcoming summer season.
