That place is so ridiculous of a joke and harassment. They kicked me out for changing my surgical bandage in the bathroom and which I did not make no mess. I actually even picked up their bathroom and cleaned it for them since it’s always a mess but they had me trespassed for changing my surgical bandage in the bathroom like I said I did not leave no mass of any kind whatsoever. It was cleaner when I left then when I came in. They do not like disabled people they have a grudge against them. They’re biased and completely rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t even bring my dog to that place and I was spending close to $100 a week there like wow you guys really are out to harassed the disabled people. Talk abput Discrimination.

I stopped here for morning coffee a couple times while on business in the area, and this might be the best, most friendly staff I’ve encountered at a Starbucks, and I wish I could transport them all back home with me to my local coffee shop (thanks gang!). Why all the hate in the Google reviews?!
Note- this location does not have a drive-thru.

This Starbucks had the best employee! He was very friendly and conversational, was happy to help and explain about some drinks, and overall was offering great service. The inside of the store is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The drinks were amazing.

Ordered online. Once I arrived I waited about 5 more minutes for my two drinks. Received one drink then waited 5 more minutes for my second. I asked the barista if it was in her line to be made and she had to search the computer for my order. I waited 10 more minutes then asked again. She seemed super annoyed and said she just printed the sticker and would work on it next. In total I waitied over 15 minutes between my first drink and my second. Unacceptable and the employee was so rude about it.

This location is probably consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is also probably the most-staffed Starbucks I have ever been to. Peculiar?! I’m not ever there during the morning time either. I typically visit late afternoon/early evening…like I did yesterday. I also typically only visit when I’m stopping at the thrift store next door…which I also did yesterday. There were only two customers in front of me but, at least seven waiting for their orders at the other end of the counter. Besides the cashier, there were two other employees who were crafting beverages. This location never seems to be understaffed. That’s a good thing! The person at the counter was indifferent when I said ‘Hello!’. [I wasn’t actually greeted…just sort of looked at until I started placing my order.] Service has always been a gamble here though so, it’s kind of expected. I ordered two basic Frappucinos…nothing extra/fancy about them. While we waited for our order, I noticed how dirty the store looked. The tables were smudged with grime from previous customers, several straw wrappers on the floor and the drink pick-up counter was wet/sticky. It’s not a very big restaurant, should be easy enough to wipe down/pick up on occasion. There is a decent amount of seating and they do put tables on the sidewalk in the nicer months, as well. There appears to be plenty of outlets for charging devices nearby the indoor seating. The group of people at the end of the counter slowly started being served and leaving. It took a little over ten minutes to get our two drinks, with one coming out about three minutes before the other?! The Frappucinos were perfectly blended and tasted wonderful. Honestly, I have never had a ‘bad’ beverage here so, that’s where the three stars come in. This is a critical part of the entire experience, afterall.
Sidenote regarding the parking lot: [this aspect did not factor into the overall review rating whatsoever…just a heads up.] it is dan-ger-ous! It’s a shared lot with a bank/large strip mall. The way people drive/park is insane. Someone leaving Starbucks always almost backs up right into me while pulling out of their parking spot. Last night, it was TWO cars…at the same time…parked right next to each other. Crazy! Be cautious. As for returning? I already know I almost-certainly will. I just know not to do so when time is of the essence.

Slow and dirty. There was only one gal working up front taking orders and making drinks. She was working as quickly as she could and doing a great job. I felt bad for her. I could hear someone in the back and wondered why they didn’t come help out up front when there were 7 people waiting in line. Our drinks were good and tasted as they should, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Overall, just a 3 star rating. “Meh.”

Ive had great experience at this location. Staff are great and my drinks are always up to my expectations. Ive visited during rush hours and staff manage it pretty well!

No sense of urgency whatsoever at this location. I waited 16 minutes for a refresher as the employees slowly made drinks and talked; they were well staffed so there was no excuse for the delay. After waiting as long as I did I finally asked the cashier if I could cancel my order, to which he responded by saying he could quickly make my drink (I was very grateful for this but wished it didn’t have to get to the point of me asking to cancel for my drink to be made). It would be helpful if management could work on the efficiency of this location, in the meanwhile however I will not be returning.

I saw young white girl working in this store going above and beyond for an old man from Europe if I guess who knew little english.
There another girl who was working but kept ignoring he asked her questions like didnot know where to stand the line . He stood in the wrong place the pick up side in the beginning.
I would say the white boy also stepped in and the white girl were very helpful to the old man.
