Came to Milano Pizza as a family of four with two young kids and had a bit of a mixed first impression, but overall a solid experience.
When we arrived, we were greeted with a bit of awkwardness after saying we didn’t have a reservation, even though there were plenty of open tables in the dining room. It felt a little unwelcoming at first. We were asked if sitting outside was okay, and we agreed, but the initial interaction gave off a slightly uptight, fine-dining vibe — which felt a little out of place considering the restaurant is upstairs in a mall.
That said, our waiter and server completely turned things around. They were warm, extremely friendly, genuine, and great with our family, which made a big difference.
Food-wise, everything was delicious. We ordered the Napoli pizza, Las Vegas pizza, and rigatoni with vodka sauce, and all of it hit the spot. Great flavors, well-prepared, and everyone at the table was happy — including the kids.
Overall, the food and service from our server were strong, but the front-of-house/management approach could be more welcoming, especially for families. We’d definitely come back for the food and hope for a smoother greeting next time.

Very nice Italian restaurant, and everything seems very high quality. The appetizer platter was great. Probably enough for 2 people for the whole dinner. Honestly, made the mistake of ordering two separate entrees. LOTS of food. I didn’t like the way they made their meatball pizza. They put a few uncut meatballs on the pizza. I thought it was going to be cut up. Weird. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

Fantastic restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food! The staff were amazing and super friendly and accommodating! The owner/chef came to the table to greet us before our meal and ended up making an entree for one of our guests that was not even on the menu! Outstanding! We will definitely return to try some of their other entrees! Definitely a must try! My favorite was the eggplant parmigiana which was the best I’ve had!!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Milano Restaurant & Bar at Town Square. It’s a family-owned spot and you can really feel that warmth. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our multiple nights were perfect. As for the food—wow! We basically had everything on the menu and well worth the price! Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the fresh bread they bring out is dangerous. The view outside on the second floor were spectacular. Chef Laura, Enzo, Augsto and the rest of the entire family at Milano even came out to check on us, which was such a nice personal touch. It’s officially our new friends and go-to spot in Las Vegas!

Milano’s was an amazing dining experience. The food is excellent. The service is amazing. The owners( both named Laura) are also amazing. You can’t go wrong having a meal at this fabulous eating establishment. We will definitely return.

My Pharmacist recommended this restaurant to me and I love Italian so naturally I decided to bring my family here for a small birthday dinner. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and last but definitely not least, the food was amazing! If you live in Vegas or are just visiting, check this place out… You won’t regret it!

I was excited to try this restaurant with the gluten free options and availability with my husband. We walked in and had two staff down the hallway stare at us until the hostess approached asking if we had a reservation. I indicated we did not, there was no option online to do that. She did a snarky reply of she didn’t make the website and we had to call for a reservation. After tapping on the computer they had one table and mentioned it was a bad table by the kitchen door. We still took it because the menu online looked great.
Once we were seated, it took an additional 10 minutes to be served water. The restaurant wasn’t even half full. Our waiter finally came by and asked if we had questions. I inquired if the Norcia pizza could be done gluten free and he went to check but still took our order and would come back to confirm. About 10 minutes later who appeared to be the owner came by and got our order since our previous waiter never confirmed. When the food arrived my pizza was cold but the gluten free crust was amazing.
The service and atmosphere were lukewarm at best and did not feel welcome from the get go or even throughout. There was no checking on items throughout the meal. It was delivered and then a check was brought.
We travel to Vegas regularly and unfortunately wouldn’t go back or recommend.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious. I dined here last night and I highly recommend it. Had the lobster special with homemade pasta it was to die for! The appetizer was amazing too! I met the chef and owner she is very kind and caring! We will definitely be back.

Needed a place for dinner for my family. Called in a reservation and got one. When I arrived, I was greated by a kind lady that was probably not that enthusiastic about the Tshirt I was wearing (Zia Records) vs. something more formal…. nonetheless, they sat my family right next to the chef and the pizza oven. We ordered 3 pizzas, meatballs, some ravioli, sodas and cocktails. All were fantastic. The service was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by the hostess, the waiter, the chef and even the owner with kindness and accommodation. I hated to leave this place. When I did leave, we were again greeted and shook hands with all of the above. I don’t get to spend a lot of money going out to eat as I have a family and a budget, but this place was worth every penny and I will return again….even with my cruddy Tshirt too!!! Thnx Milano and thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome.
