So the people are not so friendly, the ladies taking our order wasn’t even paying attention to us. All the tables were dirty, and I had to ask 3 different times to get a clean table. Don’t ask the face I got for that. The one person who was very nice was the kitchen staff who brought out our food.
The place has a verity of authentic choices. Although the price of our 16oz Guacamole was not labeled so I was surprised at $9.99.

Need good food? Check. Need fresh meat? Check. Need to chill at a local cantina and have a drink? Check. Dont order and be all grumpy and be in a rush. Kickback in the mercado have a cold drink and let these people make your food because prepare yourself….Your taste sensors will be knocked off wack because this food is BOMB! Our second time and we tried the QuesaBirrias whooooop whoopppp! These things are stuffed with high quality meat, cheese and goodness. The consume was perfect! Let these videos and photos speak for themselves. Support this place. Local Businesses! Side note everyone was happy eating their food, there was this skinny boy smashing a buritto bigger than his arm good sign!

Foods tastes authentic. Very friendly cashiers taking the orders at the register, so no waiting for someone to come take the order. They’ve converted a big chunk of the former grocery section into a bar, currently with 4 beers on tap and several others in bottles/cans. They do have some groceries and even some over the counter medicines as well. We’ve tried almost every item in the menu and have never been let down. Don’t let me over-hype this place. It is, at the end of the day, simply a taqueria with a bar, some groceries, and OTC medicine. But it is a very good and consistent one

This spot was really cute for it being a carniceria. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I was coming off a referral from a nurse at the doctor’s office. They have a bar area and the kitchen area is attached to the carniceria.They have tables for you to dine in as well as the market for drinks or small goods. We ordered food to eat there and my family got burritos and tacos. Everyone liked the food except me, it wasn’t bad the meat just wasnt seasoned to my particular liking but I loved the rice and beans.The staff was really nice and the flow of people was honestly consistent. Would Def go back if I was on that side of town.

My recent visit to Karlitas was a complete letdown. Not only was the food underwhelming in flavor and authenticity, but the prices were exorbitant for what was served. I’ve had better Mexican food at fast-food chains like Chipotle, which at least deliver on taste and value. After spending a small fortune here, I ended up with an upset stomach, further highlighting the poor quality of the ingredients used. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this establishment. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area, like Don Pepe and Pico De Gallo, that offer superior fare without breaking the bank.

Just called to place an order for pick up. A very rude man pickup and said “can you hold” and literally 1 second later said “or not” and hung up. Didn’t even give me a chance to say yes, I am able to hold. Would’ve been my first time ordering from here and now I will not be giving my service because of this rude employee.

Some great food! Definitely worth it. Try the rice and beans, and the asada! The place was very clean and well organized. The wait can be a little long, because they are very popular, but they do try their best to get things out. My wife and I split a 4 taco plate and super burrito all for under 20$! That’s a pretty great price!

First attempt to place my order over the phone was placed on hold ended up hanging up because I nearly arrived so just ordered in person once I arrived the restaurant had two other customers only. I would understand being put on hold for a long time if busy but it wasn’t. Secondly I received the wrong order I ordered chicharrón and received carnitas again understandale if it was busy but I was the only order at the moment.

This has become our families favorite Mexican spot. Whether it’s breakfast burritos, a few tacos for lunch or a dinner plate they have it all and it’s all delicious. The market here also has the best tortillas and snacks. Definitely a must try if you haven’t been.

I just called today and was told they want me to drive over 30 minutes back to see that they messed up the order! They said they packed themselves and said there was hominy in the menudo! Where is it?! All I have is fat! I pay 11$ for pure fat? They won’t refund unless I drive all the way back and I have to be at work! Money wasted and will never buy again! I never had a problem but when the owner herself lies and says she saw hominy that’s ridiculous! What kind of business are you trying to run? One with lies to frequent customers? Here’s your photos!
